Because of the treatment we received from the ER we no longer go to this hospital St Joes ER took my mothers illness more serious and admitted her. If ur parent is nursing home expect them to be discharged with the reason, the nursing home can handle this. Funny how my mothers health declined because of their decision. 3 times to ER. She has pneumonia, she does not have pneumonia. In less than 12 hours you CAN NOT go from positive to negative, then to positive again. St Joes had no problem accepting her. They have a great senior section on one of the floors. I also do not like the fact Morris is hiring less American physicians and more foreign. This once was a great community hospital, but the lost sight of who were important, instead they streached out their greedy hands to buy up clinics not on the immediate area but to try to cut into the regions past the needs of the area residents. As far as the Nurses. Love them to death, the technologists are good at what they do. No complaints there. They get 5 stars. Morris u need to get back to the basics of who is important. The area residents!

My experience with the doctor through Morris Ridge Road campus was terrible I had a heart attack after bringing in results from a test saying I had a problem with my left side of my heart. Also dealing with the Doctors at the Ridge Road location and ignorance of the office help in getting paperwork that I required for a job. They sent the wrong information. So I would NOT Recommend the Ridge Road campus doctors at all.

They are very organized. My paper work was completed over the phone the night before so when I arrived, they had a room ready for me. Every single nurse and tech that I met was so delightful! After the surgery, all of the nurses and technicians were extremely attentive and ready to help. I would chose this place over St. Joes in Joliet.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THIS HOSIPATAL! They can not help you your better off driving your self somewhere else. We took my grandson (4) in because we thought he had appendicitis they told us no just an infection. They were wrong! In surgery now at a REAL Hospital getting the attention he needs. Run dont walk away from this place.

Aweful staff in emergency room! Disrespectful and rude. Did not update family on patient care. Refused to let family see patient even though patient didnt refuse family to be at bedside. Total disrespect! Definately not a patient/family oranization.

This place is a joke. Sent my mother home bleeding from her bladder and in dire pain. They found a tumor in Morris er and then proceeded to tell her there was nothing they could do and sent her home.

The staff is outstanding, and the care I received was excellent. Despite that, I would rather die on my way to St. Joes than deal with the aftermath of their billing practices again.

The staff are friendly but $602.00 for one urgent care visit is a killer for a senior like myself and I still needed to see a doctor the next week!
