Absolutely incompetent office staff and rude, condescending nurses. I was left over 45mins in a waiting room for DR LORIS and got attitude when I left without being seen because idk I HAVE A LIFE. Steer clear. Never had issues with any other NorthShore office or doctor. Avoid this office and AVOID DR BARBARA LORIS
