Absolutely terrible! These people have not one clue about what they are doing and or do not care. I went in for an allergic reaction I had to using detergent and not only did I not recieve a proper intake (an exam of any kind) befitting a doctors office but instead it seemed my problen wasnt taken serious and like I wasting doctor Patels time, after asking very little questions and looking at my arm and only after I prompted her to look at my arm she gave me 2 prescriptions which did zero to lessen said rash I had and as I write this still do but then failed to even have the staff make me a follow up appointment and it wasnt until I asked "am I supposed to make an appointment for a follow up/ real intake" i was told " no come in as needed" so that seemed a bit weird, then after using prescription and them not working I went back in and it was as if i never had been there no one knew why i was there or who i was, finally when i did get called in by a nurse she was finding out who i was what was happening and how she should have this info at the very least and all she could do was roll her eyes at the lack of professional behavior from her co-workers a d say to me " im so sorry, this should have all been done including an exam, Im so sorry" so then she tried helping me by setting an appointment with a doctor that wasnt mine for the next day and also an appointment for my doctor the day after for an actual examination so that my doctor and this medical place had some pedigree info on me and we could finally get to treating me well the doctor i saw gave me the same prescription plus another medication which i asked about and showed her a picture of and she then looked like i gave her the answer or like she knew bow to get rid of me but she just said " yeah i can prescribe that to you" and then prescribes me only enough ointment (of which i just asked about) to maybe cover some my arms an torso and the rash is head to toe so again no help there the next day i went to my 11:30 a.m appointment and as im signing in at the front desk the man behind the counter asks me "where are you going?" To which I reply " to the doctors office to see my doctor" he then says " no one is there, they went to lunch they will return in one hour" i then said "how could that be I have an appointment for 11:30 to see the doctor, an appointment the doctors office made" he looked at me like i was speaking an alien language I walked out and called the # on the back of my county care card and told them what i told all of you reading this, sorry for improper sentence structure but im very pissed this makes me even more skeptical of our health care system thats setup for the not as well off ( fixed income families or elderly people) quality health care should be given to everyone who seeks it from a professional, what happens at vista healthcare is anything but professional or caring

So far no good. We have not even seen a doctor yet and we are already having problems. First I made an appointment for the 21st at 12 PM my daughter is a freshman in high school I need to high school physical in order to go to school I did make an agreement with the nurse for the doctors office to fax over the scheduled confirmation of her appointment time they did so then yesterday I get a call to confirm our appointment for two weeks from now on August 31st. I called right away and I guess the answering service was like yep its been canceled and there nothing I can do. She gave me a number when you call no one answers and voicemail box is full. How can they just cancel my appointment?

I have been transferred 6 time .I am still on the phone trying to make an appointment; Apparently there is not one person that is pleasant or knows what they are doing. I finally got to the ct scan department and she was rude and asked me what my test was after I told her what was written. Rude Rude and more Rude and it just makes me so upset. How is it that people like this can even get a job. When there are overwhelming amount of people out there that want to work and have a good disposition. Oh by the way I am still on hold. She has not come back to me.

Very messed up place!! I called and left 3 voice messages and still no one is calling back! Bad costumer service! My Mother is on blood thinner and the blood was drawn two weeks ago, we still do not know what dose she has to take now.
