This is the worst hospital I have ever been to.They treat you like a drug addict if you are in pain.I came in and was hospitalized and am currently still in here I have a headache that is the worst pain I have felt in my life and they have gave me the same medicine twice even though I have told them it is not working and wont do anything else. This is they worst pain management I have ever seen.I could see if someone comes in with drugs or even alcohol in their system treating them as an addict but with nothing in your system and they treat this way is rediculous.Im not from here so I knew nothing about this hospital when coming here but I surely do not recommend them! I even spoke to the hospital administration and they were just as bad as the Drs. They say I have a rebound headache from the narcotics they gave me but when they were giving me that medicine my headache was much better. I just cant believe any Dr who is supposed to help you could leave you in this kind of pain!

I had an abcess on my jaw/throat area and I was unsure if to go to the ER or wait to see my doctor. Well, I called the Glenbrook ER dept. on Friday 7/8/16 a little after 7pm, just to check if I should come in or what recommendation they had for me. The woman who answered the phone was a complete jerk. She acted as if I was bothering her with my questions, and refused to ask a nurse/doctor if I should come in. To top it off, she hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question. I was confused because I was really cordial, and she was mean the entire phone call. Needless to say I went to a different hospital further away, and I will never go to Glenbrook in the future, even for an emergency. To me, that is a reflection on your entire hospital staff. No thanks. I only wish I wouldve gotten her name.

I am the advocate of a recent surgery patient. My friend was sent home without the supplies needed to avoid infection after surgery. No Specialized compression bandages; no orders for in home nursing; no orders for specialized mobility equipment and no physician follow up was and is our experience. It took 4 days and many phone calls to get them to respond. While we avoided infection (so far), the hospital and her physician, Dr. Weatherford and assistant, Ashley, have, as yet, failed in every way to care for my friend. Letter to hospital and Dr Weatherford will follow this post. The patient was never given any antibiotics to prevent infection. Best Standard of Care????

This is by far the worst ER... no true sense of Emergency. Doctor and nurses work at their own schedule and pace. No patient customer care at all. No one has clue whats going on. Very slow response time. Poor attention to patient. Highly non-recommended. One star is too much... they should not given a star. Avoid!!!

Waited 2.5 hours to get me in the emergency room after triage. Waited 1 hour before they finally treat my wound. Waited 1.33 hours to get discharged-if I hadnt said anything twice it would have taken longer. Staff here were too busy socializing. Yes I heard you behind the curtain!

My father had hip surgery and they did a wonderful job. The care was excellent. Bight, clean, nice waiting room for surgery with Wi-Fi and business center. Great hospital!

They took care right away and took xrays, and put splint on finger...gave extra tape an extra splint.....super people too..
