I have gone to Dunn Hospital for 61 years. Went on a Saturday to have blood work done and an EKG before Surgery. Ended up in the ER to register. I was told that the lab was closed. I asked if there wasnt anyone in this hospital that could draw blood. She again said they were closed. I proceeded to say Ill go to another hospital. Went to IU Health on 16th street. Got my blood drawn and EKG the same day without an incident. Second try.. Husband went to Dunn Hospital ER and diagnosed with the Flu, Pneumonia, And Bronchitis and was told to see his family dr. Called Dr. Bohons office and couldnt see her until 1-8-15. I questioned her and she repeated the same date. I explained that there was no use in coming. Never had any trouble getting in to see Dr. Bohon before her new staff. We will be going to IU health from now on.

My sister and I took our Mother in to ER. The care she received was very unprofessional. The doctor never talked to any of us. Never came in the room with a diagnosis. A very cold uncaring atmosphere. We should not get a bill for seeing a doctor. He just stuck his head in the door to speak to the nurse.

The ER in this hospital is terrible! Their physicians charged us and the insurance paid, they then sent the bill to collections and I paid it again. They still claim it is unpaid even though I have the cleared check. Now I have to take them to court to clear my credit.

Lost a couple fingertips once. Went to Dunn and ended up with botched surgery and infection in my bone. Go to Dunn if your done
