Awful place there screwing over people with there health if the better business can get involved with this place it can do it some justice mark osborne is the worses doctor i have encountered in my life the staff are horrible today experience was inhumane its sad that people are specialized in these field and lie and ect. To patience and not really thoroughly care about the patient after Mr Osborne verbally told me the results to my MRI and recommended that I should strongly get a second opinion almost like he gets paid to minimize my injury and also told me there was a strong possibility that work comp will fire me almost like all of them do from what Im told just for him to say in most cases the results comes back different from the doctors the insurance provider recommend though work compensation for patiences on top of that one of the nurses at the registration desk in Booth 2 to snatched the phone out of my hand after telling her I was not sure what button to press to speak with a supervisor for workers compensation on a 3rd floor for me to sit there for 10 minutes and then she finally apologized I spoke with her supervisor and then went to Booth 3 to speak with another lady who handles scheduling appointments for her to be unsure on how to schedule testing for me after explaining to her dr. Osborne rushed away from me for her to go back there and said she was going to see if they can pull me back in a room so I can talk with him just for me to be giving another business card I walked away because I still was unsure because she was unsure and spoken with someone at the front desk who gave me more information about how to go about my follow-up appointment just for that same lady to call Security on me and was laughing as he was talking to me almost like it was a joke just for him to tell me that they have asked me to leave the building which she even said no one has asked me to leave the building I wasnt rude Ill just was a concern patient because Im worried about my health like anybody else in my shoes would be I left without having any of my questions answered I called and spoke with someone who said they were going to give me a call back as well if dr. Osborne ordered something he should have been the one to tell me on how to go about it therefore he is unprofessional in his judgment peoples treatment is inhumane people please seek legal counsel theres lawyer out there that work with you a little to nothing they will screw with your wellbeing which can effect your life.my back is important to me.

Everything done in a timely respectfully matter. From start to finish. Front desk staff so polite. Even for my appt, xray, eating all handle in a professional way. I been coming a long time and have encounter 1 nurse and one medical assistance that could use help in improving. For the most part I would and do suggest ortho indy to everyone. The billing depth not very good at handling my husband situation and now his account is turned over to med shield. I felt like they really did not care. My ins co. States they paid the bill ortho indy stated they did not could they have at least waited until the matter was slowed instead of turning my husband to collection they knew I was working on this issues. Billing score 1 terrible service

My daughter had bilateral double knee replacement surgery at this hospital. This has been the best medical experience Ive ever observed including every aspect starting with the first exam, preparation for the surgery and post-op care. Dr. Fisher is tops; surgery was fast & went flawlessly. Hospital food is even good! Very impressed that both patient and family attending caregiver involved were sent thorough instruction regarding what to expect before and after surgery, including how to have the best chance for a successful recuperation. I cant say enough about everyone we encountered from doctors and all staff were at the top of their game!

The nurses, doctors, surgeons and receptionists are all amazing. The staff they have working in the deli are absolute thieves. The employees literally tried to steal money from me, once i could find them that is. I paid for my to the only person working, only to be chased down by another employee accusing me of stealing the food. They are the laziest most worthless group of people Ive ever encountered. Fire them all and just get vending machines. At least then, paying customers in distress while waiting for family members to get out of surgery wont be chastised by scum of the earth type people.

This hospitals billing department is a nightmare. Ive not had the types of issues I am having with them at other hospitals, and sadly because of my experiences with Ortho Indys billing department, I will not be returning there ever again. It has literally been THAT terrible with them. Which is sad, because the two specialists I have been seeing there are fantastic, Dr. Shea and Dr. Barrios. I hope for the sake of the patients, that the billing department sorts their issues out, but I will not be sticking around to find out if they do or not.

I was injured on 8/27/16. Two herniated discs in my neck and a pinched C8 nerve root. Significant pain, lack of sleep, etc...Took two weeks to schedule an MRI, another week to get an appt to review the MRI, scheduled a steriod injection for this Monday, then cancelled to run an EMG test instead. EMG came back fine and then re-scheduled steriod injection for 10/4/16. 5 weeks! In pain the entire time, very limited sleep. Not at all impressed with their scheduling department, availability of staff, etc...Clearly not focused on patient relief.

Dr. Sigua is great! He was able to squeeze me in for a last minute epidural before I went on vacation. They would be 5 stars except for their apathetic approach to writing pain killer prescription refills. I have been calling them for two days because I ran out and have been in very bad pain. Their response has been "we will get to it when we get to it, and it can take up to 7 days." This is unacceptable to keep someone in pain for so long. Pain relief should be their first priority and it doesnt seem to matter to them at all.

The best care I have ever received. I had total reverse left shoulder replacement surgery o July 13th. I can not say who provided the best care to me, as as everyone there was super fantastic. The food was great, the hospital very clean. Every staff member was very knowledgeable about their job and could not do enough to make your stay, your best hospital experience ever. The receptionists are so rude! As a healthcare professional I find the poor manner in which receptionists handle patients extremely horrible. I have been dealing with cancelling of appointments... when we tried to pick a date that works for us they started to give us attitude. Really made the experience of dealing with a broken bone horrible. Definitely do not recommend this group.

I broke my clavicle and femur and had my surgery done at st. vincent hospital and all the follow ups with Dr. Renn Crichlow at this location. I had a the worst accident in my life, and the best care from these people to follow. Highly recommend them. They made everything very easy for me and always made everything clear every step of the way.
