I started going to this urgent care because its open earlier and later than any other in my area, and my kids always seem to get sick in the evening. Ive been about 6 times as of this writing. Always very polite staff! Ive gone both early morning and night. Im usually pretty fussy about things like that too. All the doctors Ive seen have been pleasant and friendly. I especially like Dr. Parks, who has a very good bedside manner and always patiently and gently answers all my questions. As with any urgent care, its the luck of the draw how long youll have to wait. Theres a rabbit warren of exam rooms behind the waiting area, so it may LOOK empty but not BE empty. For me, its still better than waiting until the next day or week with my PCP. Bring a book or something, because they try to get you out of the nice waiting room (with cable TV and magazines) quickly into an exam room with nothing to do except count band-aids. When my daughter broke her finger they had an x-ray right there, which pleasantly surprised me and saved us another trip vs. going to my PCP.

This was our second time to come here because our son was sick during a time when our own doctors office was not open. This facility is fairly convenient for us and the staff has been very helpful and efficient from check-in, to preliminary assessment, to seeing the doctor. There was only a short wait for every step of the way even though they were very busy.

Ive been to this Urgent Care center twice, and both times the staff was friendly, informative and caring. They answered all of my questions and never seemed annoyed. This center was recommended by friends since I had to go after my doctors office closed. I would highly recommend it to others as well.

I went here when I had a hand injury recently. The front end nursing staff was courteous. The wait time to see the doctor was quite a while though, and it wasnt really that busy. The doctor was super friendly. Seemed like he wanted to get me in and out really fast. Cant really recommend this place.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was some issues with my insurance and the front staff went above and beyond to sort it out even though it was my fault. The doctor and nurses that helped me were very nice and did everything I would expect. I would not hesitate to go here again.

Ive been here several times and its always freezing! Even in 90 degree weather outside Im uncomfortably cold! And even when theyre not busy I always end up waiting at least 45+ mins in the room waiting for the doctor.

I took my son for a sports physical and they got us right in with no wait. The doctor and all the rest of the staff were super friendly. Plus the physical was only $20 compared to $69 where I went the previous year!

Do not agree with diagnosis. Couldnt figure it out so just picked something. No imaging services here. If you think you need ultrasound etc. Go somewhere else. They we just refer you to your primary Dr.

Very simple visit. No tests. 30 minutes total max. Prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection. Bill came to $190 before insurance! Be sure to ask for an estimate!
