We are relative newcomers to Fishers. So, I did my homework in selecting a new dentist. Asked around and also read as many online reviews of dental experiences as I could find. Fishers Family Dentistry consistently received very positive digital and personal accolades. My recent first actual procedure there confirmed the glowing opinions gathered in my research. Entire staff---administrative and clinical--- are efficient, professional, friendly, and very focused on making you feel comfortable. I particularly appreciated Dr. Bassets excellent local anesthetic block, as I knew going in that the prep work for my crown would be lengthy and require a lot of "dreaded drilling". His block was excellent and held the duration of the work---turning a much dreaded procedure into a very pleasant experience. Alan Cato

I have been a patient at Fishers Family Dentistry for over 5 years. Every level of service at this practice is excellent. The front office staff are friendly and efficient and very helpful in coordinating insurance benefits. Im always greeted with a smile and never have to wait long before Im called back for my appointment. The dental hygenists do an excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining the procedures and have always been friendly and professional in their appearance and demeanor. Dr. Sauter is a very experienced dentist who take time to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your results. He isnt too aggressive or pushy like some dentists I have experienced before. I really trust his judgement and skills. I also appreciate that the office is very well maintained and pristine clean!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sauter and Fishers Family Denistry for 5 years now. This is the most comfortable dental setting Ive ever seen. They take their time and care about you and the health of your teeth. Ive never been more impressed with a dental team. They dont make you go through unnecessary treatments or procedures just to make a buck. They dont rush you through either. I now have my entire family going to Fishers Family Denistry. Our teeth look so great. This is a place that caters to every member of your home and makes you feel youve been a long lost member of theirs. I cant say enough good about them. We are a family of 5 (with kids 8, 5, & 3) who started going to Fishers Family Dentistry three years ago. The team of dentists is incredible with one of the best front office staff! As a new mom, I thought my kids HAD to go to a specialized pediatric dentist. When I realized this was not true, I am so thankful to have found Fishers Family Dentistry to take care of our whole family in one spot! I also witnessed where a young teenage boy was dropped off by his mom for his cleaning only to find out his actual appointment was the next day (this will totally happen to me in the future!) The front office and dentists worked him in so he would not have to come back the next day and miss more school. Witnessing this incident truly impressed me as a mom.

Our family has trusted our dental care to the good people at Fishers Family Dentistry since 1999. The front office staff is excellent and a few of them have been there as long as we have been going. The same is true with the some of the hygienists. That tells you a lot about the personality and professionalism of Dr. Sauter and Dr. Ryan over the years. Dr. Bassett brings the excitement of a new dentist but he has the knowledge, skills, and personality of an excellent dentist. Now that Dr. Sauter has retired (he will be missed) and Dr. Bassett bought into the practice, I am looking forward to many more years of trusting my and my familys teeth to Dr. Ryan, Dr. Bassett, and the entire team at Fishers Family Dentistry.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Sauter and Jodi, Dental Hygienist, for over 20 years. We have always received the very best dental care from them. They treat us like family and we sure feel like family! Not only do they take a huge interest in our dental health, but they take a huge interest in us, as people. We took our children there when they were school age and now our daughter continues to go to Dr. Sauter and takes her children there, too, along with her husband. Jodi has been my hygienist for many years and we have a wonderful relationship! I look forward to going! Ever since I started with Fishers Family Dentistry back in the 93 time frame, their customer service alone stands out above others. From the great smiles and greetings from all of the staff, from the reception office to the chair. Handling of the insurance paperwork, making appointments, discussion of upcoming procedures and the professional manner, which helps me, the patient, that the staff shows each and everyone. I have seen the upgrading of new technology in this office, no more waiting for crowns to be made outside of this office, pictures and computer records of my dental history at the touch of a button. Rest assured that you will receive the best care available from Fishers Family Dentistry!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sauter and Family Fishers Dentistry for 14 years, and I have always received 5 star service. I value the dental advice received, and there is never any pressure to get work done. Dr. Sauter (recently retired) and his staff work within my budget and my insurance. The staff is professional, courteous, and appear to be genuinely happy with their jobs. The turnover seems to be minimal because I have been treated by the same Dentist and many of the same Dental Techs for all these years. I will continue to use them because of the price and service I receive.

Not that it is ever fun to visit the dentist, but the entire team at Fishers Family Dentistry sure makes it as pleasant as possible! Ive been going to see Dr. Sauter and his staff for over 15 years and cant believe that everyone there remains as friendly and professional as the first time I went. As far as offering the latest dental technology and procedures in a family-friendly environment, I dont think Dr. Sauter and the talented staff at Fishers Family Dentistry can be beat!
