Ive been bringing my dog here for grooming for about a 1 1/2 years now. I was sad to find out that Buffy is no longer employed as the groomer. Buffy always did a fantastic job. After a little bit of hesitation I did make an appointment with the new pet groomer named Logan. Logan did a fantastic job! I will most likely bring my dog back for grooming. Now the whole staff has changed since I was in last. One of the great things about this clinic was the warm welcome you received from the previous staff when you would walk in the door. The new staff is not so warm. When we were checking out, the receptionist hardly made eye contact with us nor was there a thank you after we had finished with the transaction. She really seemed disinterested in her job. There was definitely no small talk. I tried to create some by asking about the beautiful kitty that hangs out front but I received a cold response from her. I had been debating on switching my pets to this vet for awhile now. I currently take them to a vet up north and the drive is quite long. After my experience with the front desk staff I think I will stay where I am at. However, I will most likely continue to utilize Logans services.

Was very fond of them until they displayed horrible ethics and lack of responsibility for their shortcomings. They had a computer system failure and lost all records to all their patients. I am unable to get my dog groomed now and no one will take him because the hospital has no records that he is up to date on his shots. Tags mean nothing, bank statement to show i paid the hospital $142 just 5 months ago mean nothing either!! Mooresville Animal Hospitals response, "There is absolutely nothing I can do to help. Unless we know you and recognize you personally, you have to pay for his vaccinations again"!! So disappointed in this place. Looks like I will be driving my dog clear across town for his vetting and groomer needs......after I pay for his vaccinations again!!

Dr. Tamer and his staff are the only people who will take care of my pets. Not only does he know that we as pet owners want to keep them around for as long as possible but he helps owners make the best decision not for us as owners...but what is best for the quality of life of our pets. His diagnostic approach is logical and he explains everything in ways that are very easy to understand. One pet went in for tests and he even took me back to look under the microscope to show me what he saw. His staff knows me and my pets by name. Cant say enough good things!

My wife and I found an extremely skinny, smelly, half bald dog on the side of the road. She had a good temperament so we took her to Dr. Tamer to see if she could be saved. Dr. Tamer gave us a regiment for her diet and told us how to deal with her skin issues. Dr. Tamer went out of his way to help us and PigPen as a walk in patient, making time to ensure she was properly cared for. By far this is the best veterinarian I have ever done business with, and I will no longer be taking my animals anywhere else.

One of the best vet clinics I have ever been to. The whole staff including the Dr. are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. doesnt have you do any tests he thinks are frivolous or unnecessary as I have witnessed in the past at other clinics. Staff is very patient with both of my babies who have very distinct personalities. I cannot say enough good about this place, Highly recommend it for your fur-babies. :)

Dr. Abdalla treats our dogs better than our human doctors treat us! He helped our boy Newfie pup when other vets did not find his underlying illness. Our dogs actually like seeing him, even with getting shots, and temp checks. The staff has always been able to work us in when it was urgent, no matter how busy they were. We will bring our Newfies here exclusively. The Dr is sincere in his love of animals.

My puppy had parvo, and I found out 1 day after I got her during a check up. I was heartbroken, but Dr. Abdala assured me he had never lost a dog to parvo. (Parvo is EXTREMELY life threatening.) He stayed all night with her, and nursed her back to health over the days that followed. She would not be here if it wasnt for him. I am truly grateful to him. I will NEVER take my dogs anywhere else.

Very caring staff, Knowledgeable doctor and very reasonable fees. My vet could not diagnose what was wrong with my dog and sent me to a specialist in Carmel. Didnt want to wait that long. Took him here and they treated him right away and even recommended I discuss the treatment with my own vet. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The groomer, Rachel, did a FANTASTIC job with my dog. The low rating is due to the Extremely rude girl that works at the front desk. I called to ask for directions and felt put off. BTW, dont trust Googles directions. Then my wife picked up our dog and independently mentioned what a B the receptionist was.

I have trusted Dr. Tamer with my fur babies for over 6 years. He is extremely knowlegeable, and very compassionate. You can tell he adores animals! Ive worked with many vets in Mooresville and Indianapolis over the last 30 years, and I believe Dr. Tamer is one of the best. Highly recommended!!!

I called here trying to find a new vet when moved to the area over two years ago and have had nothing but a good experience with this office and their staff. The veterinarian in petsmart in Plainfield also had nothing but good to say about Dr. Tamer he is amazing

I was with my daughter and her family took their dog to this "vet" and I use that descriptive wood loosely. Poor surgery decisions made by this vet resulted in the death of her dog. If you love your animals dont take them here. If I could rate it as -0 I would.

My dog was attacked by 2 other dogs on New Years Day. I called just on the off chance someone would answer. They did and they were open until 6. The vet stayed until 8pm with my dog. I will never go anywhere else, he saved my best friend.

TERRIBLE experience with the front desk staff, way over priced to groom and my dog was there over 5 hours! Doesnt return phone calls back to clients either very unprofessional and even asked for a tip!!!!!!!!!!!

They tried to charge me an extra 48 dollars to have a flea medication prescription filled on top of the medication cost will never do business with them again.
