There couldnt be a nicer dentist! Dr. Zaepfel is very kind and gentle, always working with you during your treatment to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They always give you a plan of care if you need work done and only do treatments that you really need, unlike other dentists. Ive been going to them for years and have always had great service and always recommend them to my friends and family. I used to be scared to see the dentist but Dr. Zaepfel was the one who turned that around for me. Im no longer anxious when I go because I know they will take great care of me and wont let anything hurt!

i went their 2 yrs ago. they charge you for things you ,havent went in to have done yet. and when you call, to talk to some one about your bill. they ,,sorry,,act like their dum.and they cant anwer you right. they will turn you in to a creit compant, saying you own them,, whats so wrong,,is they are chareing you ,for something you havent had done. and thats bull. they did one tooth wrong, and now another one of mine is real bad,now.the docter talks to you, like you dont under stand. they should done the job right. well i was any one, i would not go their,you will be sorry.

Dr. Zaepfel was wonderful. He did a great job, no pain. He was very caring. The staff was very nice. They also took the extra step and called after to see how I was doing. The dental work looks great and nothing hurts. Very great experience, would not have expected anything else! I would recommend him to everybody. :)

My husband, children, and I have been going to Dr. Zaepfel for many years. He is one of my favorite people. He is patient, gentle, and friendly and gives great care. His staff is wonderful too.
