There are a couple reasons I love this place. First off, its very clean. Ive gone for vet appointments and boarding pick-ups and it has always been tidy. In the case of an accident, they clean it up very quickly. Second, the vet techs and veterinarians are professional and nice. Weve seen three vets there for various checkups for our cats, and theyve always taken the time to listen to our questions. They make the process easy for the cats. Their boarding services are also good. Ive never boarded a pet there myself, but I have picked up a family members pet. The price isnt bad, though pick-up time can be a bit of a wait. Usually there is only one person working during off hours, so I can understand why. This is by far the best vet clinic in New Castle. Highly recommended.

Always fantastic with our dogs. When we brought in a stray that was in bad shape, they were very fast to see him and didnt nickel and dime us with his treatment. The stray is now a beloved family member and we drive 45 minutes from Greenfield to keep the dogs with this practice.

We had complications with our dog at another vet and they were willing to do emergency surgery on our dog that had a surgery done by another vet. They were amazing! Were SO informative and really showed us what we were missing out on by not coming there from the start.

A little on the pricie side but they know whats going on with your pet I think they need 24 7 emergency care.but they dont.
