I was briefly treated at this ER recently. The ER was NOT busy and I came in in Extreme pain. The doctor spent less than 3 minutes with me. His treatment left me in more pain. When I alerted a nurse that the pain had intesified they gave me my dismissal papers. I know that there are people who are addicted to pain meds that they see often but they can check the Kansas registry and see that I do not get opiods prescribed to me. They handled my complaint about their care horribly as well. This is my second horrible experience with this ER. I was admitted to another ER later in the week and they cared for me and helped alleviate my pain without opiods. I cannot recommend this ER. They have a track record with my family of assuming drug usage without merit and have completely missed correct diagnoses.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. I called to see if I can start coming here for my Endocrinology, and the lady on the phone, Ginger I believe, was AWFUL. I asked her if there was Endocrinology available there and she just kept repeating, "I have no idea what youre saying." Eventually I had to dumb it down for her and say, "do you have diabetes doctors?" Finally she understood. It was like pulling teeth. She was very rude too, and made it seem like I was the stupid one.

Sitting in er with my dad for 3 1/2 hours no one has been in the room for ovrer an hour and a half. How can they call this am er. All I have seen is a bunch of nurses gossiping. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. WORST CARE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I had to see Gi specialist I was in seeing Dr with 15 min he was very nice to me the staff I really only seen appt clerk upon me leaving no problem. But I was told was my pancreas when a month later from another GI it was my gall bladder

Little brother had nursemaids elbow. Looked for the nearest ER and we showed up here. Were from out of town so when we arrived, we were treated professionally and kindly. In and out in just five minutes. Thank you.

So slow! No sympathy to patients. I have never had a good experience with this ER. The only reason I go here is bc it is the closest hospital. I wish they could get their act together.

Birth center is incredible, nursing staff was helpful and considerate of privacy after my c section delivery. Dr. Bavishi was the OB.
