When you have a 1:15 appointment - you are seen at 1:15 try doing that in Versailles - If you are being put on a new medication samples are available when they have them for you to see if you can tolerate the meds - try getting that in Versailles - bloodwork is performed in the same building on the same floor - and most standard blood test results are back in 24 to 48 hours - try doing that in Versailles - clean - terrific staff - up on CURRENT medical issues like when a drug company is going out of business - they are focused can read your portfolio without opening the book - Ive been to doctors in Versailles for 20+ years and sometimes felt like being there was my 1st trip on the pony - located in Beaumont Centre - perfect location for Woodford County residents - if you want someone who cares - call them today!

We received a $25 no show fee in the mail because my husband had to fly out at the last minute for his job. He wasnt told when he scheduled his appointment that there would be a fee and besides that, he hadnt even had the chance to go to even sign paperwork that would have notified and bound him to such a fee. Im sure they would have sent that fee right over to collections, so we paid it, but we will never use their practice. Any office that cannot forgive a missed appointment here or there is not a place anyone with a job or children need to go. God forbid they have a hiccup in their life.

I have been a patient for over 13 years. I do not feel like a number at this practice as you do with most physicians. Dr. Gray is awesome, I will always sing her praises. As a negative reviewer stated, there is a $25.00 fee if you dont show for your appointment. However, if you call and let them know, the fee is waived. I love this doctors office. When I am sick, I know they will do all they can to work me in at the last minute. They are very considerate. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

My brief conversation with Dr. Charles Johnson left me feeling more sick than I already was! His lack of concern, cynicism, and callousness were obvious through his tone of voice. It was as if I were bothering him with my illness. Imagine that for a doctor?! I also found him very rude and condescending. In my opinion, no amount of education can excuse a "professional" of this kind of behavior.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Johnson for many years and have no complaints. The support staff have been great and Dr.Johnson is a kind, professional, and skilled physician. Very conscientious and caring. And he is up on the latest studies and recomendations. I would advise anyone looking for a good doc to check out Dr. Charles Johnson. I am a retired RN who has worked with all kinds of MDs and DOs.
