Arrived 3 minutes late to first appointment, and was told I had to reschedule for another appointment in October. It was August! I was late because their website said their clinic is on the 2nd floor when its really on the 3rd. Had been waiting for 3 months already for this appointment, and had travelled 3 hours round trip for this appointment. Deeply disappointed on how un-human these people are. If you are looking for a good healthcare facility who cares about their patients and are compassionate human beings, it would be best to look elsewhere.

Its hard to believe this is UK Hospital. Im always rushed, talked down to and straight up ignored by the doctors at this location. Ive been going to UK for over 20 years now. This is disconcerting.
