i been going there for 3 years with no problems ,so i went for my free medicare yearly checkup and seen sandra ,which i never seen before .but i was told my doctor left.so a few days later i was told i needed thyroid medicine ,they took blood twice and some numbers were a 300 point difference,so i was asking them to be sure i really needed this medicine ,and they said yes.so i started taking it and a few weeks later i started feeling bad,and asked if the dose could be reduced because i was having alot of issues and i was told NO.now 6 weeks after starting the thyroid medicine i ended up in the hospital with my blood pressure double what it should be and alot of other serious problems so bad they thought i had a stroke,called the on call doctor to ask again if dose could be halfed and again was told NO...so i went to another doctor and had blood rechecked the next day they were open and was told i should have never been put on thyroid medicine because my numbers were fine and did not need to be on medicine at this point and now today i was told due to their ignorance my thyroid is dangerously low and i have to be weened off so it dont cause more problems now for another 6 weeks OF HELL.. so if you want to stay healthy ,you may want to stay away from that place because they just do what they want to and dont care about you when theres a problem .i had to cancel vacation plans because now im so messed up i cant drive anywhere or barely walk.... stay away from this office.....

So i made an appointment at this place because its closer to my house than my regular family doctor... asked them if they took walk ins (yes) and their sign out front says taking new clients... i go in for my appointment, and guess what? They cant see me because Im not in their database at their eagles landing site... i dont make a fuss, i just accept it and go bk to my regular doctor. But i never judge a place off of one visit... that being said, my little brother cut his hand wide open today so since this was the closest doctor available i took him there. They didnt take him because of his insurance, my mom offered to pay cash up front and they still wouldnt see him. Ive never seen a prosperous business model that operated sans cash. But hey, whatever, Ill take my business elsewhere and you probably should too since clearly if they wont help someone whos bleeding profusely i doubt they can help you. (He had to get it cortorized and then 6 stitches... not that they care, just an f.y.i.)

This was exceptional service by Tracey when I called, I didnt have an appointment and was very ill. She said come by about three and we will work you in. I went and was waited on immediately. Seeing the doctor, having an xray, consult with the doctor again and checking out took less time than I anticipated waiting. The xray department was also exceptional as I had no waiting period and the films were done correctly the first time. Thanks to all and for opening your area for teaching as was the student in xray. The staff and doctors really care about their patients here. Great family doctor, would definitely refer people to this place. The only complaint i have is some times its hard to get in touch with the lady who handles the prescriptions in the call center. It didnt use to be like this. Hopefully they get things back flowing again. Or hire more than just the one that handles prescriptions at the Hampton location. She is a sweetheart dont get me wrong just hard to get her on the phone.
