If its hard to imagine a doctor getting 5 stars, I would agree. However this practice stands out as different in a good way. I have only dealt with Dr Kirk Hewling and so far my wife and I had only positive experiences. 1. On every scheduled appointment, I have had to wait at most 5 min. 2. The nurse was very direct in a motherly type of way and she took no BS but still gave me time and attention. 3. Dr Hewling took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed when I gave him my book full of questions. 4. Dr. Hewling was not quick to throw Medicine or antibiotics at me as if he worked for the drug company. He steered me toward lifestyle changes and an appropriate vitamin regiment. 5. When I presented him with an unlikely condition about myself he did not discredit me but instead listened and ordered tests. I will definitely recommend others here. I hope that they dont grow so much as to lose this level of attention. Keep it up!

This is an excellent office. I have seen both Dr. Loe and Dr. Hewling - both excellent. The doctors and nurses are patient and take time to listen. They are very thorough and informative when explaining a medical situation. I dont feel like I am at a drive through doctors office - where they try to get you out as soon possible.

This is a great office. I see Dr. Mercando and she is so nice, easygoing, and down to earth. She listens well and the visits never feel rushed. Her nurses are also extremely friendly and sweet!
