Absolutely the best. In 2012, he saw me on the last day of my dental insurance and on his own time, did a lengthy root canal. The next morning, while it was still free, cleaned my teeth. On a Saturday morning. I havent had dental insurance since, so I went in last week with an emergency. He figured out what needed to be done and in what order, making it manageable- without making me feel poor, lazy, or like an ass. His staff referred me to Care Credit. I saw him Wednesday for 2 extractions and he and his staff could not have been kinder, dealing with my anxiety and fear. I honestly cant recommend this practice highly enough. Everyone Ive recommended has been sooooo happy with the care they give. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I moved to Kentucky a year ago. Looked for a dentist for eight months. Then I found Dr.Herald and his awesome staff ! I have had issues with my teeth for three years and lost my ability to smile. Dr.herald is the best in my opinion when it comes to having my teeth done would recommend anybody to him his high trained staff as well as him take quality care in making sure you leave happy lets face it none of us like going to the dentist but if u have a dr that cares about you as well as his staff that make you fill right at home it puts the mind at ease a lil bit. LOVE my dentist! I had my first cavity filled a few weeks back and I havent had a single problem since. I was a little freaked out and anxious before I had it done but they made me feel right at home and were so gentle I almost couldnt believe he was even working on my tooth.
