After reading the reviews above I had to comment on my own experience with Dr Khan and his staff.....they are AMAZING!!! My child is also in orthodontics with Dr Khan and I have to say we were fully explained our responsibilities before we entered into orthodontics..which i might add was never explained at the other places we tried before here....I appreciate the diligence of this Dr and his staff in making sure myself and my daughter are fully aware of where WE may be failing in her treatment...such as missing appointments...her brushing and flossing habits while in her braces and most importantly when we need to be seen to make sure this is successful for her. I know for a fact that contracts are signed and we as parents must accept responsibility for such an enormous commitment as putting braces on our child. Its sad that when we fail as parents we would rather blame someone else for it.....Dr Khan and girls you guys rock in our book....keep up the good work...you guys are more than amazing!!!!!!!

Both my kids were patients here I got a letter today stating you were discharging themy as patients? Due to inability to maintain a good doctor patient relationship. I have been in contact with the office since August 2015. Trying to get an appointment. I have phone records of how many times I have called and how many times this office never called me back. Yes they were out for a Couple months due to having to go to KY for a dieing family member. Emily states everything I call she will take care of contacting the boys insurance to get there recertification. There insurance states there has been no contact from this office. Shame on this office. Then to charge $425 to remover there braces. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau, insurance company and anybody else I can. The kids were tired of Smelting his cigarette smoked hands and body but this is terrible how they run there office. And I really thought Emily was trying to help. What a joke!

I wish I could give this place zero stars, and I really hate doing that. Very unprofessional, unclean (Dr goes to smoke and then comes in to work on patients), and incompetant (Dr made negative comments to my daughter about her braces and work done on her mouth, asking her who did the work...it was him! She has had no other orthodontist!). The desk rarely answers the phone and on the occasions we had to change an appointment, we were left to leave it on the answering machine. Now we are dropped as a patient and my daughters braces are broken and we cannot get into another ortho (they will not accept transfers). Dr. Akan said hed take her braces off for over $400, self-pay. I would rather chisel them off than give him a dime. Sad that we had no other choice in the beginning. I would not recommend anyone to use this dentist.

Some people crack me up! The comments below make me laugh. I am a new patient of doctors khans and have been going to him for about four months now and have never had ONE bad experience with him OR his staff. I loved emily! She was so kind and helpful with explaining certain things to me and always smiling when i come in. seems to me the woman below didnt push her own children to keep their teeth clean and let all the responsibility fall on doctor khan when he is not the one there every day with your kids to help them maintain a clean and healthy mouth, especially with braces!! dont blame doctor khan for your short commings, THIS DENTIST IS GREAT!! If you dont believe me, well make an appointment and see for yourself. He is truly a gentle and great guy, and i couldnt and wouldnt go anywhere else!

To start off ,:DR. Khan is very nice and respectful, but as far as my experience with him was not too well when it comes to routine cleaning. I came in for a cleaning only to go home and notice he did not get the tartar build up off of my back left molars .I could clearly see three teeth with tartar build up, so I called the next day, and was told that I have to wait six months to get them cleaned again even though he did a poor job on cleaning them, and he was too quick. That was a big red flag, and so I decided to go else were and get it done properly. So like I said he is friendly but he does a very poor job at his profession I only wish I looked up his reviews first.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR.KHAN! ME AND MY THREE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR OVER THREE YEARS WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL! HIS OFFICE MANAGER IS SO SWEET AND PERSONABLE, AND HIS DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE AMAZING WITH MY CHILDREN AS WELL AS WITH ME! I CANT BELIEVE DOCTOR KHAN WOULD EVEN HAVE ONE BAD REVIEW? HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GENTLE WITH ME, ASKING IF IM DOING OKAY AS HE WORKS ON MY TEETH, MAKING SURE IM ALWAYS COMFORTABLE DURING THE PROCESS AND HE DOES THE SAME FOR MY CHILDREN AGES 3, 8, AND 14! WE THINK YOU ARE GREAT DOCTOR KHAN, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUVE ALWAYS DONE!

The Doctor and staff are awesome! i was treated with respect and the doctor took his time and really cared.
