If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst doctors office Ive ever been to in my 29 years. I previously heard terrible things about this office (both doctors) but still gave them a chance trying to support my local town, but if youre checking them out RUN the other way. Do not expect quick office visits. My last office visit, I waited in the exam room (not the waiting room), for over 3 hours waiting for the Dr. Ancelet to come in and see me - with a firm appointment I mind you. When he finally showed up, he spent about 5 minutes with me and most of his attention was on his phone texting. Patient notes go in the computer screen in front of you, so no reason to be on the phone. I even threw in a couple questions to see if he was listening and he was not; I got no response. Now, Dr. Ancelet is knowledgeable in medicine, but for my visits, he just gave me the medications I requested; making me just as much of a doctor as he is. Ive been on Lexapro for several years now and this doctor cut off my medication refills without any warning or notice. He wanted me to come in for lab work; lab work he didnt complete the first time he prescribed me Lexapro. Again, no notice or warning from the doctors office letting me know they wanted to see me. Lexapro is a drug you do not mess with; you are NOT supposed to stop COLD TURKEY (even written on the bottle), yet this "doctor" forced me to resulting in several other physical and emotional symptoms due to system shock. I was not calling for wart medicine, but for an anti-depressant for God sake. This is a money hungry doctor that will require you to have an appointment, for no real reason - other than MONEY. These people are snakes. Requirements are one thing, but it took a week of me totally being cut off the medication before the PHARMACY (not the doctors office) alerted me that I needed to make an appointment. And if things couldnt get worse, all patient questions/issues/consult, go through Sheila, the RUDEST nurse you will ever meet in your life. Her voicemail states she will get back to you within 1 business day/24 hours. Well I called Monday morning, and it took her almost 3 days just for me to get a call back. No urgency or care whatsoever. After 2 days of phone tag, I finally speak with the infamous "Sheila". You cant get a word in with her. She wants to bark, not listen. She is so incredibly rude, degrading, and just a plain b****. When I asked if I could finally say something, she HUNG UP ON ME. This practice, Dr. Ancelet, and nurse Sheila give every other person in medicine a bad reputation. When you hear of money hungry, sleazy, could care less for their patients, these are the people and examples of who they are referring to. These people do not care about you. In the meantime of waiting days to hear from Sheila, I found a new doctor; a great doctor at ExpressMed. They have excellent ratings/reviews for a reason. Please check them out. The doctor and nurses were in complete awe of what happened. They agreed with me with how I was treated and you should never be cut off Lexapro without advanced warning. I decided to take the call with Sheila, even after meeting with a new doctor, because I wanted to fight for the principle and for everyone else theyve done this to, or will do this to. I am not the only one, and they should not be allowed to treat people like this and get away with it. In my opinion, at the very least this is unethical, if not ILLEGAL. Just remember, what goes around comes around.

If you are young or have mental health issues, or both, do NOT choose Dr. Ancelot to help you. Over two hours late, he talked about himself through most of our interaction. Though he questioned whether or not I actually had a mental illness (which I went in to get diagnosed), he spent very little time listening to me & I felt very uncomfortable even explaining my problems to him. At the end of the exchange, he was quick to offer me highly addictive medications that he thought I might not even need, and referred me to a therapist he "went to high school with." I was told the therapist would contact me and now, over a month later, I have not been contacted. I will never be visiting or sending my friends here again.

Jean auncelet seemed like a very nice, knowledgeable Dr on my first visit. I recently went to him to discuss medications. He spoke to me like I was ignorant, he has an arrogant attitude, and did not once make eye contact with me. His nurses are just as unfriendly and rude as he is. They had a woman clearly a drug seeker walking around the lobby begging for some narcotic pain med, causing a disturbance for EVERYONE there, and all of the staff acted as if they were totally comfortable with having drug addicts hanging around the waiting room, jonesing for pills. Auncelet is not a good physician. I would not recommend him to anyone. Pretentious, cocky and rude as all hell.
