Have been going for many many years...... have had positive experiences in the past, Sara is great, but after the unprofessional and rude treatment today by the owner Rick, I will NEVER Ever go back. I am still shaking over the way I was treated, for an inferior product, the lack of resolution over said product, but mostly for the absolute hostility and offensive treatment I experienced by the owner, who literally followed me out to the street. Disgraceful display of behavior. After the owners rebuttal to my review I would like to state the following besides the fact that he is at this point, not only a bully but a liar. The owner, rick, is the one with the conflict of interest here, he is the one with something to gain by shedding a more favorable light on the customer experience in his store. Not I. In fact despite being offered an additional $700 pair of glasses- I would rather decline his offer than step foot in there again. Furthermore, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and while there found a complaint by another customer whos experience mirrors my own. Clearly the business, and its owner would like to portray this as something else, but Im willing to walk away from the $700 payout he now suggests and tell the truth, rather than pretend he was professional in any way. Shame on you. Again, buyer beware- lots of other choices for your eyewear than placing yourself in a position like I found myself in. Run.

Eyes on Main! I’ve been a customer for a few years now. When you enter, the staff immediately acknowledges you and tells you they will be right with you if there with another customer. I have purchased over 10+ pairs of glasses from them. I know people may read this and say that’s excessive, but these are my eyes and I want the best for them! The store has a chill and laid-back vibe unlike other eyeglass stores Ive visited. There are plenty of trendy, stylish frames for men and women at affordable prices. If you’re into fashion like I am then you must check this place out. Why not where stylist frames as some of us wear stylist clothes and shoes. One of the coolest things in the store is the camera monitor. You basically wear any of the frames in the store and take a pic of yourself. The monitor will show you with the frames in 4 different angles. I thought that was pretty awesome and one of the highlights of my visits. I have become a walking build board for them, no matter where I am someone always stop me and ask where did you buy your frames. So I highly recommend going to Eyes on Main in Annapolis Maryland! Satisfied Customer for life!!!!!!!

Wonderful store and A++ quality products and customer service. I have found in life that you truly to get what you pay for in the quality of products. My vision is not something I would ever consider looking for a bargain. I want quality service, products and customer service. I get that here. If I want inexpensive (i.e. cheap) eye care I would make an appointment at Wal-mart or one of the many chain optical stores without quality products or customer service. Those places are the places out for the money only.

Prepare to be charged exorbitant pricing for any decent looking frame. The optician was nice enough but I didnt appreciate her wiping her nose with her hand during my eye exam. When my wife had a price objection she was browbeaten by the owner or manager, whatever he is. I am sure hell post some defensive line or two after reading this. He always has to be right. I have a very low opinion of this business, they do not value customers, look elsewhere.

Annapolis needed this store! No it is not a low end optical store! What it does provide is high quality optical products with professional and courteous staff. You will find here items you cannot locate elsewhere..and with the small town feel. I am so happy that you are now in Annapolis! Wish everyone else was as concerned at "getting it right" for their customers and follow-up. THANK YOU!

This place is Fantasmic! Super friendly staff who helped me a great set of glasses that apparently "brings out my eyes" (I am a guy who didnt know this was possible), very nice optometrist who is really concerned about your eye health and vision, AND a real down to earth owner who really helped me get the most out of my insurance/best bang for my buck. Definitely will be returning.

WOW! What an amazing experience , just got an eye exam with a Groupon offer and these guys were GREAT! Good selection and I got my glasses in 1 hour. Used to buy online el Cheepo glasses but that was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Sara was great picked out some awesome specs for me and I saved $400.00!!!!! . So stay away from online...dont waste your cash!

I went to Eyes on Main. Had my eyes tested and returned the next day to collect something and the same person who I had seen did not know me even though I bought 3 pairs of glasses from him the day before. They are very expensive. The doctor though was nice. I think if you want to maintain a relationship customer service is imperative.

The visit was top notch!! Dr. Song gave me the most thorough exam I have ever received. She diagnosed diabetes related changes and referred me to a retina specialist for follow up. Rick was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The drive to Annapolis is highly recommended to Eyes on Main Street for exceptional service!!

I was traveling and ripped a lens. They were wonderful. My lens rx was too old to simply replace the lens so I had the full exam, and had a set of lenses. The pricing was in line with a normal exam plus contact fitting. I think the lens fitting was better than the last one I had at my regular place near my home.

Drs are great! Rick and Barbara certainly outdid themselves. Very proud to be going to a well-organized, proficient, and loyal place for any all my eyecare needs. You cant compare this to ANY other chain eyecare "professionals". This place is one of a kind. Check em out!!!

Way too Pricy, Lens start at around 200 and most frames were also above 200. I just bought myself a pair online for 80 lens included :/ . Also eye exams were expensive, lens crafter does them for cheaper and way more available.
