I went here with my Eyemed insurance and was hoping to get a updated prescription for my contacts. The exam went fine and the Doctor was very friendly. Though watch out because the pricing for their contacts are about 40% higher than what Lenscrafters has posted on their website. They also dont get very happy when you say you would like to purchase the contacts elsewhere. I was treated very poorly after having canceled my contact lense order through them to take my business elsewhere.

Wanted replacement non-prescription lenses for sunglasses. They said they could do it, but I would need to get a prescription from the doctor stating that I could have non-prescription lenses ($216 total). So basically its all about paying more money for things you dont need here. Highly irritating. Went and got what I needed online through an e-store ($39). This is why brick and mortar stores are dying and malls are becoming abandoned. Lenscrafters, youre dead to me.

Lady on the phone was very courtesy (Optometrist Office) . She had the patience to tell me when I got my last exam done, and what the contact lenses that was recommended. She told be the price of the 90 day packs for this brand as well as another I had in mind. She was Great! She showcased what Customer Service should be. She didnt give me the power of my prescription (which is fine), but she had a conversation with me over the phone and wasnt annoyed or rushed. Thanks!

I heard good things about leansCrafter, so I went there to get new glasses. However, the lenses quality is very poor. The lenses ned to clean always, more than five time daily. Even though I am student in clean environment,I have to clean it three to four time. The lenses collect any thing around you and stack on it. I highly recommend to avoid it.

I arrived and was greeted nicely. It was my first visit to this particular Lenscrafters. I really need to just see the doctor for an eye exam. The staff was great. Althought Dr. Strickland was not the doctor that helped me, the Dr that did gave me great service, she also answered all question and concern I had. Will definitely return.

Excellent! Scheduled an appointment a few days in advance to obtain a new prescription and new frames. Eye exam was relatively quick but thorough. Staff is very helpful and professional. Got my new glasses about an hour later!

Most rude people I have ever encountered. This place is filthy and the service is horrendous. Any laudatory reviews about this place are either bought or false.
