Overall I enjoy the staff at the practice. Very clean, quiet facility with comfortable waiting and treatment areas. Seen on time for both visits so far. I did have some concerns the first visit about a lack of communication from provider to me (he delegated that task to assistants instead) but after stating that the visit left me somewhat frustrated due to that, communication at second visit was much more thorough. Second visit however, was mischarged due to front desk associate processing my insurance incorrectly (170.00 for something that should have been free.) While promptly and politely handled by staff after I called them, a little irksome since its not the patients responsibility to ensure insurance is processed correctly. All in all a quality practice and seem to take patient feedback to heart to give best possible care. I will continue to use their services.

Ive never had an official dentist before. Ive always just gone to the department of health or been referred out to other chain dentistry practices. Going to a private practice was a change for me and I really loved it. The whole staff from the receptionist to Dr. Meiser were amazing and very efficient during the whole thing. It didnt feel so clinical and thats saying something since its the dentist! He was fun and personable telling me the flavor of toothpaste for the day was chocolate and that he would give me the job of being in charge of the suction tool. Not even as a kid did I ever feel so comfortable at the dentists office.

I love how friendly and accommodating everyone at Lighthouse Family Dentistry is. When I called to scheduled my first visit, they asked me if mornings or afternoons worked better for me and sorted about a best time to get me in. They also got me right in. I have been to doctors where I have waited in the waiting room for a while before they even get me in for my appointment. Im so glad that I found these guys, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

It is bad enough that you did not give my wife a choice when it came to her crown material; but then the crown procedure itself was botched not once; but twice! so now my again came back for the same crown that chipped, and you CHARGED HER $150 to smooth the bad work down? and then to add insult to injury you tried to charge her for a fluoride treatment she didnt receive? do yourself a favor folks and stay far away from these folks.

Finally, we walked into a happy office with a group of co-workers who all seemed to work together well (makes it easier to relax before DENTAL work!)

Honestly, I think everyone at Lighthouse Family Dentistry is awesome but the hygenist made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever felt before at the dentist. She was very friendly and talked and joked with me while she was cleaning my teeth which really took my mind off of where I was and everything they were doing. They are great here.

Dr. Meiser is really funny and such an easy-going doctor. He has such a great sense of humor and from the first time meeting him, you immediately feel comfortable around him. He is also supported by a great staff. They all take pride in making sure each of their patients have the best dental experience possible.

Dr. Meiser and his staff are great. I never have a problem setting an appointment, its always very clean, and the dental hygienist I usually see there is very thorough but friendly. Its always clean and everyone there makes me feel very comfortable, I always recommend them when people ask me who my dentist is.

It was nice..in and out ..no complications..even have Spanish translator because the one young lady knew 2 languages..a busy team..hanging in there with the busy public...4 wisdom teeth out.on the way to healing.they even schedule follow ups.give them a chance..
