Horrible. The staff is lazy, semi-educated, but stupid bec they do not use whatever it is that they have learned. I only been there 2 years, and I have had at least 5 PCPs. One of them told me he was only allowed to spend 15 mins. on my concerns, so I had to hurry up tell him what going wrong with me. No rules are enforced. Pts talk on their cell phones, the security is seated reading the daily news. The clerks do not pay attention to details, they made 2 separate appts for me to see a podiatrist for my foot problems, and both times, I was rejected after arriving bec the Dr. did not accept my insurance, I could not get test strips for my diabetes for the longest.........time. I am through and tired. I am going back across town to UMC where it is safer. Adios!

My experiences with the doctors and staff at the center has always been kind, professional and compassionate. The ethnically diverse staff made it comfortable to interact with. The only thing that I would like to see change, and this may have happened in the past 3 years since Ive been there, is the wait to see a physician. It was very frustrating to have to wait sometimes up to 40 minutes to be seen. And, while patients have to wait that long, the doctors will not wait longer than 15 minutes. That seems to be a double standard with most doctors office. It was also hard to transition to a new resident once I was comfortable with the person taking care of me. I highly recommend this center for your health care needs.

This doctor office is extremely slow to seeing their patients. I do not recommend making this office your family doctor office. I arrive an hour early and thought they would be able to see us, but I was wrong. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. No apologies or explanation. Terrible service!!!

I love this place. Ive been taking my boys here since birth(6yrs & 9 yrs old). They treat the boys like family. The staff is very friendly. PCPs are changed often but Ive never had a bad experience.

I see its time for me to find another pcp. This location has become quite lazy in all that they do..from the staff to the doctors...poor customer service, n location is dirty...!!

EVERY TIME I VISIT I AM TREATED VERY WELL. I DONT LIKE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR SO WHEN I GO ITS NEEDED DIAGNOSED AND TREATED VERY WELL.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
