If I could give half a star I would. When this place first opened it was nice, barely any wait and the Dr/PA on duty was very kind. I ended up going last night due to a spot on my leg that at first looked like a patch of dry skin and turned into a bump that leaked pus out, The nurses and the tech were amazing but Dr. Erin Kim not so nice, she didnt even let me explain to her what my symptoms were or examine the area, When I would ask a question she would cut me off and tell me I was wrong I was wrong. If I have to come again, I will make sure she is not the dr on duty! Thats if I ever come back, and apparently she gets alot of complaints! I have seen her before at the Charlotte Hall Urgant Care and even there she was extremely rude!

Did not get any help at all. I went in because I had a severe nose bleed. The third over a three day period. By the time the nurse came in I had stopped the bleeding. The nurse did not even touch me. all she did was told me to hold my head back if this happens again and to call my doctor. For this they charged me a $25.00 co pay. Dont bother to go here if you really need held. Very disappointed. I am in prayer that I am not ill. For my dissatisfaction they offered me a free visit. This is not a food joint to offer a free shake or something. when they get your order wrong. Will not be going back and I will let anybody that will listen know how bad the medical services are.

We have used this place numerous times and today was the most rude and disrespectful experience that Ive ever experienced with a Healthcare facility. Went in there with my 2 small kids who had been running fevers and the little girl at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful that we walked out with our kids to go elsewhere. If you dont want to do your job then stay home. No customer service whatsoever. Glad my union is 20000 member strong because I will make sure I get the word out not to do business with this unprofessional place. Wish there was a zero star to rate them.

Righttime medical --------Waldorf md Check in 240 appt at 3 Called back to nurse 3:05pm Checked out 3:30 The nurse station in the middle of the hallway, kind of weird telling all my medical history in an hallway with ppl walking by. I asked the nurse if I could go into a private room. Completed nurse history questions. 15 minutes md later, saw a PAC, she did her intro so fast I could not understand. She was happy to slow it down and re-introduce herself. (Side note- I am sick and with sinus problems and a bad headache)

This was my second time here. The receptionist was friendly, however the wait time was ridiculous. I waited 35 minutes before being called back by the nurse which isnt bad. Prior to her seating me in the room, I asked how long before the Dr. comes in, she stated that shes finishing up with the patient then shell be in to see me. An hour later Im still waiting for the doctor to come see me. I asked several times what the hold up was and Im told shes on her way. This is ridiculous!! Will not return.

Injured foot. Xrays were taken. Doctor said nothing was broken. Just came from the orthopedic surgeon who had to retake xrays because the ones they did at Righttime were way subpar. Im not a doctor but even i could clearly could see it was fractured on the new xrays. Righttime has charged my insurance for a full foot xray when they only did half my foot. Then i had to pay another copay for and orthopedic doctor to do their job. The people at Righttime were nice but not helpful to my wellbeing.

Clean, friendly, short wait time= AMAZING However, I took my 2 year old daughter here and they gave her a prescription for a cough, they prescribed double the dose that she should have gotten. She also had the flu and they never tested her. This all lead to 2 doctors visits in 1 day for a sick 2 year old.

This place has always been great whenever I have visited. The service has been quick (in and out in under an hour) and the doctors have been able to diagnose and help. I used to go to Patient First which is absolutely horrible. This place has been a lot better.

It was great my daughter had an allergic reaction she was taken back right away, steadily monitored, and treated. Prompt service only 30 minutes total in the building. Extremely friendly staff, & she even got a balloon for being a big girl!

I have been here twice for myself and a few times for my toddler. In ALL our experiences we were treated so graciously and respectfully. Our wait time was little to none and EVERY staff member we encountered was super friendly and kind.

There arent any urgent cares in Southern Maryland-Waldorf. The only other option is going to the hospital. The service is great. The doctors and staff are always polite and provide great customer service. I definitely recommend them.

Location is clean n nurses seem to care and Dr Klug is nice. The PA in Waldorf Md location does not offer kindness or allow parebts to share info which then gave us wrong diagnosis.
