Do not go here. On my first visit, they thought I was the eye doctor because they had just hired a new doctor and had apparently never met her. On my second visit, Dr. Burnett (principal doctor there) kept me waiting an hour, then acted as if I and her assistant should immediately drop what we were doing (picking out frames). The next encounter had me waiting 3 months (yes you read right) for my prescription sunglasses. Granted, I would have had the glasses after a month and a half, except the lab did not use sunglass lenses; they used clear lenses. When I got my reading glasses, they do not spend time fitting the frames to my face. I had to ask. When I had to be re-examined, Dr. Burnett said "you sure have a lot of problems". My only problem was not finding another optometrist sooner. The office manager is great, and some of the staff. But bad leadership is sinking this ship.

This is the second myeyedr that Ive gone to where they are completely incompetent. I got my eyes checked in order to get a new pair of prescription sun glasses. After waiting 3 weeks I just went to pick them up and after trying them on it was blatantly obvious that the lenses werent prescription. They claimed that I never ordered the prescription lenses in the glasses and said that if I wanted the prescription in it was going to cost more. Why on earth would I get my eyes checked there and get a new prescription and not get that prescription put into the new frames I picked out on the SAME DAY??!! Im never using another my eye Dr again. The company is a complete joke.

Upsell, upsell, upsell... NO SELL! Eye appointment for $35 my rear. Provider had the personality of stale cardboard. $160 for two eye appointments for contacts WITH INSURANCE. When they try to order you contacts or glasses at OUTRAGEOUS prices, the store manager Sam swore up and down to BEAT any competitor pricing. Try to do that and see how it wofks out for you... short answer THEY DO NOT pricematch and wont. Found our contacts online for over 30% cheaper than their "lowest cost". Never going back.

My family & I have been going here for 2 years now and I havent had any issues. They always manage to get all 4 of us an appt at the same time with little to no wait when we arrive. The staff has been helpful and patient with us picking out glasses. They do try & cross sell you, but what good business doesnt. They have to sell products in order to remain in business. I have never found them to be pushy or overly agressive. Always a positive experience.

Attentive, thoughtful, quick, accurate. I dont know what else you would want. Purchased two pairs of glasses (frames & lenses) - one reading one distance. They took my insurance without a problem and the first pair was a really good price to me. They gave me a big discount on the second pair as well. Made the entire deal less than I had expected. I walked out with one pair complete and stopped back in a week for the other pair. Easy, accurate, fair.

Had to have been the most unprofessional visit to an eye doctor ever. Wasnt given enough time to fill out paper work. When papers were taken from me they were dropped on the floor in the prescreening room and left there. Saw another patients papers left in another room. And the doctor seemed to be wasting time chatting to a buddy while I was waiting for my screening. Pathetic.

Scheduled an appointment, walked in and they said my appointment was canceled. I said I need an eye exam and they tried to talk me into buying glasses with my old prescription. I immediately walked out. Then they bad mouthed me to my wife like she wouldnt tell me everything they said. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

GREAT great GREAT experience! 2nd great experience there. I had a Thursday 3:30 pm appt. Was seen within a few minutes, doctor was great, Morgan helped me find deals on regular and sun glasses. Timely and nice, will go again. (Not sure what all the other bad press is about...)

The staff was great. I was in and out of the eye exam. The sales consultant was extremely helpful in finding the right pair of frames for the right price. I wish they had a greater selection of frames.
