I had a wonderful experience with the gentleman who assisted me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me find the best pair of glasses for my face and budget. He told me that it would take an hour. But, my glasses were finished in about 35-40 minutes! I will definitely patronize this location again.

I enjoyed my visit to LensCrafters. The staff was polite and my optician was Dr. Keston M. Regis, OD. I found him very knowledgale and he readily answered all of my questions. I took advantage of the advanced eye imaging scan for $40. It was awesome and well worth every penny.

There were 6 people in line with only one accociate working. Waited 2 hrs before I left and I was supposed to be next in line. The accociate was very kind. But this experience was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I wish I could give a zero for customer service.

This place sucked! The employee who worked here was terrible she had an attitude the entire time like she didnt care for her job. I was there for an hour just to do a simple lens exchange.

Alicia ( Chubby White Lady) has by far the worst attitude and shes prejudice. Everyone is very nice :-)
