After ordering contacts, 1) had exam, ordered hard lenses, waited several weeks for a call to say they were in, got no call, finally called them--I was told "oh, here they are" and was told to pick them up anytime, which I did. Girl just handed them to me, and sent me on my way. I told her I didnt know how to put in hard lenses. She offered no option for training, so I went home to try and figure it out (unsuccessfully). 2) Made another appt to see the doctor, who apologized for lack of training opportunity. We realized the contacts werent properly weighted for the bi-focals to work. He ordered second pair. Again, I waited forever for a call, and finally called to say I was giving up and wanted my money back. They refused. After many pleas over the phone and emails, they agreed to give me back a partial refund, which I have never seen - after several reminders. I have nothing to show for the $350 I paid. Abominable. Dont go to this facility.

I had the poorest experience imaginable with this establishment. I bought two pairs of glasses and ordered top of the line lenses. I paid close to 2000. Lenses need to be sent back multiple times and when the frame came apart on one pair after just a few months it took forever for them to call me when they came in. I was traveling at that time and when I returned for a week the time the fitter would be there was extremely limited. Finally I got a voicemail on December 28 2016 reminding me that they were there. Returned the call four times to learn they could not find them and perhaps they had been put back into inventory and sold. I am now left with useless lenses and no glasses. And to boot they seem to have sold the frames twice! They stated there was nothing they could do. Absolutely amazing.

Very poor customer service. I would not return here or recommend them. Dr. Glasser gave a good exam, but employee ordered lenses for glasses with incorrect measurement. After a week of discomfort I returned and Dr. Glasser identified the problem (wrong P.D. was ordered - not close to my correct measurement), and ordered replacement lenses. Now it is four weeks later (six weeks after the original exam), and the lenses are still not here. I asked for a refund, was treated poorly by the other Dr. who says he is the "owner of this place," and who told me he thought they were being "extra accommodating" to me! I disagree. He refused to issue refund to my credit card, said he would "send me a check at the end of the month." Except for Dr. Glasser, this place has NOTHING to recommend it.

Dont go here, the eye doctor is trash. He will play around with you and come off as a cool guy but, I went here because it seemed less crowded. Long story short he gave me the wrong prescription glasses after two weeks....When i put them on i couldnt see nothing everything was a blur , i told him about it and he threw a little fit.. Saying that i will get used to them, and that he was "The Doctor".....Mind me i was polite about his whole demeanor. I just asked for my refund and left. DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE JAI, MEDICAID ETC For now..

Ive waited for my glasses 8 weeks now. Constant excuses and run arounds...extremely frustrating!! I wouldnt recommend this eye center if it were the last on earth.

have had many appointments here. staff is courteous. would be nice if they had more hours. very little or no wait time.
