I made an appointment to see a doctor so I can get a contact lens I call Monday May 1st and I request an appointment I gave them my insurance card and they told me that my appointment will be on Wednesday and I asked the representative please make sure you guys take my insurance she said yes we take with no problem we see you Wednesday at 12 May 3rd I got there she she told me we dont take your insurance and I said how is that possible when I ask you on Monday do you guys take my insurance and you guys told me yes already took off from work then she told me I made a mistake is nothing I can do go somewhere else I dont understand how a business can be run this way she was very unprofessional and lazy no friendly at all I recommend you guys to go somewhere else dont go there horrible customer service as for her name and her name is Carmoly Sanders od she need to smile

Great Doctor on site in Mitchellville, and I really appreciated the full detailed explanation of my photo retinal evaluation. The wait was fair, and the services were wonderful. There are many nice frames to choose from and the store employee has great customer service patience. I look forward to more business with them, and will highly recommend to other family members.

Worst experience ever. Unfriendly customer service. Incredibly shady- tried to put a hold on my insurance account so that I was unable to go elsewhere to purchase glasses. So glad I didnt give this business my money and will make sure I discourage everyone I know to avoid this company.

Not the greatest customer service. My glasses were made wrong, after me leaving a deposit. In order for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE, I was told Id have to pay the balance 1st. Clearly its all about the money there, and theyre extremely expensive.

Sales and Technician are not professional at all. My prescription glasses needed to be returned and fixed after 3-4 weeks of waiting I called to see if they were ready and was told "yeah, they are sitting in a drawer"!! DO NOT GO HERE!
