I was talked into purchasing the anti-reflective lens coating for an up-charge on my glasses and within a few months it started flaking off and I couldnt see through my lenses. So I called and asked if they would fix this and they answered, "Sure, just bring them in and we can remove the coating". Okay, "Will I be refunded the cost of the coating then?" I asked. "Only if you purchased the warranty. This was explained to you when you purchased your glasses." Okay, no it wasnt. I was not told that the anti-reflective lens coating I was talked into purchasing was going to flake off rendering my glasses useless, and would not be replaced without a warranty, even though Im sure they were aware of this when they sold me my glasses. My advice, dont let anyone sell you on the coating, its more trouble than its worth. And sorry Morrison Associates, but youve lost my future business. The star is for the optometrist.
