This review is based solely on my experience with Dr. Khim as a USCIS Doctor (specific doctors who have the authorization to give immigration physicals). He was very pleasant and I trust that others positive reviews of his medical practices have absolute merit. For the cost of ~$200, we got my wifes immigration physical done; the problem was that there was a huge mistake on either his behalf or his offices behalf (putting 1915 instead of 2015 on the date of examination) that nearly caused our case- which had up until that point cost me over $3500 with lawyer fees, registration, travel- to be rejected by the immigration officer. You can imagine the feeling of my heart sinking when the officer opened the sealed envelope with the immigration physical paperwork and revealed to us that this could cause our case to be rejected. I received multiple calls recently from his office, and I imagined that perhaps they noticed the mistake and were calling to apologize and let me know. I was wrong- their sole reason for calling was that they had no record of me paying the initial deposit despite the fact that my bank account was charged. So the attention to detail is present enough when it comes to $45, but not 100 years. Not saying Dr. Khim is a bad person or even a bad doctor, but this mistake really could have ruined my life.

I hate to admit it but this place is unprofessional. I hear one of the staff constantly yelling at other staff members. It would be much nicer if that staff member just politely requests to the other staffs instead of yelling, using aggressive words, and making the other staff feel like they are incapable of being a human(literally). It is to the point I as a patient feel very uncomfortable in the waiting area. I am not the one getting yelled at obviously but having to hear those awful things just makes not only me but other patients that are in the waiting area uncomfortable. The last time I was here there were no yelling but I heard that same lady speaking very impolitely. I also believe that she is the one I spoke with on the phone and honestly she was not very. I am leaving this review in hopes that Dr. Khim reads this and takes action because I was way too scared to confront that yelling staff member. (I didnt want to get yelled at or have rude things said to myself sorry!) However, dont get me wrong, the lady staff members at the front were very nice and helpful. They helped me get all the paperwork from years and years ago so thank you for going through all the trouble and hope you ladies do not get yelled again.

He just messed up my immigrant document of physical exam for permanent residency od my wife. I paid over freaking 700 dollars for those. The Arrogant doctor NEVER appologized and paid back for extra cost for immigrant lawyer that will be hundreds dollars. He was a primary doctor of my wife but he never recognized who she is. Only one reason I chose that doctor is because he speaks Korean. If you go there you will realize quickly the doctor is not professionl. He is just like a well trained nurse not a doctor.

The place itself is great. Doctors and receptionists seem to be more than capable of what they are doing. Ive been going here for a while and they have been able to do a lot for me. No rush, no issues, straightforward service. Had my physical done for a very reasonable price with the absence of health insurance. QUICK NOTE: The 1 star by Allen Kim is invalid. Not my real email.

Helped me get my sinus fixed. After a couple visits he gave me a referral to a ENT when my previous Doctor would not give me a referral to a Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor. Now after surgery I i only had 1 sinus infection in 3 years rather then 2 every month.
