I called and scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound and the Hysterosalpingiogram. A scheduler advised me to take 32oz of water between 9:30 and 10 and cant go to the bathroom until after done with the Xray which was scheduled at 11:00am same day. I did what I was told. I got to Shady Grove Radiology at Germantown at 10:45am. A receptionist, I recalled her name is Jackie, checked me in without a smile and acted like a robot. After sitting there for about 10 mins, the robotic receptionist came back and said they cant do the Hysterosalpingiogram here at Germantown. She told me I need to go to Shady Grove hospital to have it done. I asked her so why they scheduled me in the first place here. She just said she did not know. I asked if she has information of Radiology in Shady Grove Hospital. Her answer was: "NO, we are not affiliated with Shady Grove Hospital." I wasted my time and held up my bladder for nothing because of some irresponsible people who did not even care to inform me in advance me the issue. This receptionist was very cold, very unprofessional, and does not care for patients well being. If you are working in the medical field, for Gods sake, please show some caring and have some sincere. If not, then get the hell out and go flip hamburger at some place where you dont have to deal with human being. Dont go to Shady Grove Radiology in Germantown. You will be very disappointed because of robotic and airheaded receptionist.

The beautiful welcoming office is presided over by a team of warm gracious professionals and their smoothly orchestrated procedures to the smallest detail. Their crown jewel is the kind and articulate Medical Director Dr. Kella!

Cancelled my appointment one day before without any communication to me. Lady on the phone had a terrible attitude and acted like it was my fault that they didnt do their job. Will be telling everyone I know to never use their services, besides, there are many Radiology offices in the Rockville area.

Just left the place, had to drink 32oz of water...unfortunately my bladder is small and I was in so much need of a bathroom. Morgan was very nice and asked to push the ultrasound so they did...the ultrasound lady was very nice and politely. Thank you for the quick and great service.
