The doctors are top notch. I have seen this practice most of my life. I recently was in a car accident and have been seeing the doctor for my injuries. The hospital gave me pain medication and asked to follow up with my primary. Family Healthcare gave me a note for work to be able to take pain medication. A different doctors office released me to work on the same medication I was not able to work on previously. I called to try to get an appointment with Family Healthcare because I am having trouble working and taking the pain medicine(that the doctor is well aware I am taking) The girl I spoke with told me she refused to make an appointment because their doctor didnt prescribe the medication in the first place. Apparently I will have to go back to the hospital to have them ask me to follow up just to get an appointment here. I really wish the staff were more competent because the doctors are great.

Hopeless.Last month I was sick and called to make an appointment, was told most doctors are off and I can not be seen that day I need to make an appointment for the next day.Last week I had an appointment at 10:15,when I reached there I was told that it was actually at 9:15 and whoever had called me had made a mistake.I am today trying to call to reschedule.I have called 5 times today at least and put on hold for 15 minutes every time and then transferred to the after hours number where they tell me that they can not do anything.

The billing department is terrible. First they charged me incorrect amount, then sent two duplicate bills with the corrected amount for the same service. Ive tried to get refund, was promised to receive it in 30 days, but after waiting for a month I still have not received it. Carefully check every bill.

This group has provided my family of fives health care for over 10 years. Needless to say, I was less than happy when I asked them to refer me to an optometrist, and the answer was simply no! However, they do have an abundance of time when it comes to taking my money .
