Last year we decided to switch dentists because of some changes to our insurance and one of my very good friends spoke with her contacts at the dental college in Baltimore. The staff at Highland Family Dental Care was recommended as some of the best in the area. We are most familiar with Dr Nazari and the whole family has been happy with her and her staff. The facility is clean, comfortable and decked out with the latest tech. The staff is courteous, professional, and great at what they do. From making appointments, to dealing with hiccups with insurance, to the (hopefully only one time) emergency fix they performed for me awhile back, we have been happy with the services Highland Family Dental Care provides. The only down-side is that they had to refer us someplace else for ortho work. They are great with the munchkins, and they finally got the SO to take advice Id been giving her for years. We are super happy with Dr. Nazari and her team and I bet you will be too.

Today was my first time at the office and I was incredibly impressed! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the equipment all seemed state of the art (disclosure: I am not a dental equipment expert! haha). They took my X-Rays and it was a much more comprehensive set than Ive ever gotten (and they used a thyroid guard on the drape!). Then came the cleaning which I always dread, but it actually wasnt bad. They used an ultrasonic device before the traditional scraping tool so it seemed like there was a lot less of the painful scraping. Afterward Dr. Nazari reviewed the X-rays and took pictures all around my mouth for their records and gave me a clean bill of health (my favorite part!). Ive already recommended that my family members switch their dental care to this office because it was such a drastic improvement from dental treatment Ive had in the past. If youre in the market for a dentist, definitely keep Highland Family Dental in mind!

Awesome experience....None of us particularly like going to the dentist but Highland Family Dental Care makes the experience as enjoyable as possible. You walk into a very comfortable waiting area with a friendly and caring staff. The wait time for your appointment is not long and the exam rooms are very comfortable, especially the one with the massaging dental chair! The Hygienists are the best in the business as they are very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job while causing as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Fay Nazari is a highly educated dentist who keeps up with modern technology but sticks to the old fashion, fabulous customer service. She is very knowledgeable and provides a very wide variety of services both necessary and cosmetic. I have been going to Highland Family Dental care for years and so have all of my children. Every experience has been above average and I definitely recommend Highland Family Dental Care to all.

My teeth have always been trouble makers for me and I had pretty bad dental experiences as a kid. So finding the right dentist is nearly as important to me as finding the right primary care doctor. And, Im pretty picky -- taking the entire staff and surroundings into consideration when choosing a dentist. Im so glad Dr. Fay came up when I Googled "gentle dentist" in my area. After testing Dr. Fay out myself, we ended up moving our whole family to Highland. Her entire staff is just fantastic, and after only a couple visits I felt like they all knew me. My littlest one (3 years) went today for the first time and he loved it there so much that he brought his little toothbrush back to daycare with him for show and tell. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but its honestly kind of hard not to look forward to seeing this crew. They do their best to make it comfortable, and yes, even fun.

I had my first dentist appointment in 3 years here today. Everyone was super friendly and nice, and the hygienist was really sweet and helpful. She explained everything she was doing before, during and after she was doing it and was easy to talk to which made this experience much less stressful. She didnt harp on my less than excellent dental habits either, but rather gave me tips and even coupons to get the things I needed to "up my game" as she put it. I can honestly say that this was the best dentist appointment Ive had in my life. The hygienist explained all of my options, even financially before doing anything which was comforting. And the office has an automated texting system which helps a lot in remembering my appointments! If you need a new dentist, I highly recommend Highland Family Dental!

Ive been going to Highland Family Dental for over a year now and I have nothing but positive words for Dr. Fay and her staff. The front desk are always polite and welcoming. The hygienist are so gentle when they cleaned my teeth, I didnt feel a thing. They even whitened my teeth before I got married. Dr. Fay is at heart of this wonderful practice. She is always caring and meticulous when doing procedures, My father chipped his front tooth a few weeks ago and Dr. Fay was able to fit him in their schedule to fix him up. He looks exactly like he did before he chipped his tooth. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to Dr. Fay and her staff at Highland Family Dental Care.

Dr Fay and her team is the BEST! All the five members in our family see Dr Fay. Dr Fay not only takes excellent care of our teeth, but also goes the extra mile to give us valuable advices. I have full trust in her. Also, listening to her conversation with her assistant --- Mu always makes me laugh and helps to alleviate the stress going through the operation. All the staff members are so nice -- Mu, Lucy, Mary Ann, Christy, Katia,Jullian. They are all so sweet. I like them all. Our family has been at Dr Fays office for almost three years. I truly enjoy each of my visits and already feel like seeing my friends each time.

The experience you will have at highland family dental is unparalleled. I have always been terrified of the dentist, which has led me to have a buildup of major problems throughout the years. These problems have damaged not only my self esteem but my social life as well. When I walked into the office, the staff immediately made me felt at home, like family even. Dr. Fayes gentle touch and passion for what she does will make anyone feel at ease. Combined with state of the art technology, you wont find any better care. A Dentist who connects and cares about your needs and addresses issues with priority. Very professional and yet very tender and sensitive to your concerns. Staff has great harmony within the practice and with the patient,they are the connecting bridge between the doctor and the patients.The whole practice treats the patient with great respect and as a whole person rather the a judgmental call thru your mouth and teeth health. Their office is so calming,and beautiful and very clean. There are great Dentist with great healing energy out there and Dr Fay is one unique one out there.

A friend recommended Dr.Fay. "Boy" am I glad I found Highland dental clinic. When my old dentist wanted to open my tooth a 3rd time and I said "enough". I went to get a 2nd opinion from Dr.Fay. This clinic has state of the art technology. After a quick scan I got to see my teeth and skull structure in 3D. I also did not need any treatment for that tooth. Since then I learned much more about dental treatment and options. Dr.Fay always has time to answer your questions in detail. This is the best dentist clinic I ever visited hands down.
