I was in from out of town visiting my Sister in law and her husband. En route from Columbus Ohio, one of my crowns detached. The crown was in perfect condition, but need to be reattached. My Sister in law recommended her dentist. We called the following morning and explained my dilemna. The receptionist scheduled an appointment for 2:30. I asked her how much the fee would be, as she had mentioned that I would need to send paperwork into my insurance company for reimbursement. She quoted me 139.00. When I arrived, I filled out the standard paperwork, and shortly there after I was led into the room. In short order my crown was reattached. I came back out to the counter and was told my bill was 238.00. I asked her why it jumped 99.00. I was told that the dentist had dome an oral exam. Absolute nonsense! I felt ripped off and misled. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dentist office. Not only were they unable to offer customer service regarding one of the most highly used insurance carriers, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but they also dont accept Care Credit. They do, however, add onto the bill a line item "Oral Exam" to pad the bottom line.

Ive known Dr. Jennifer for many years. I took my three children & myself for cleanings & care until our insurance drastically changed. I was devastated when that transpired. Now Im back. Dr. Jennifer is THE VERY BEST, MOST CARING, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, GENTLE & GENUINE DENTIST I HAVE ever encountered. I en- couraged my brother to see Dr. Jen, hed had a rough time finding a decent dentist. Its been years since I told him about Dr. Jen, he feels the same way about her that I do. Shes truthful and her patients best interest is always first & foremost.

For routine or not appointments, my experiences with her practice have always been 5 star which to me , says everything because I am not the best patient ! I would recommend her practice to anyone who wants a knowledgeable dentist who truly cares about your well being both physical and financial. Finally, her staff maintains her integrity with their top professional services .I would recommend this dental practice to anyone , young and old!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Sokolosky. It was the best dental appointment I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share). I had two visibly rotting front teeth. Dr. Sokolosky fixed my teeth in a matter of minutes. They look beautiful now. It was the most enjoyable dental visit I’ve ever had. I am nervous and on edge when it comes to dental work, but I laughed and had a great time with Dr. Sokolosky and her staff. I felt welcome. Dr. Sokolosky is a wonderful dentist and I am thankful to have found her.

Dr. Jen has been my dentist for many years. Visiting her and the practice is like spending time with family; only, you look and feel a lot better afterward! I have had issues with missing permanent teeth and Dr. Jen has made the remaining "baby" teeth look like a million bucks with her magic. I am never afraid to "go to the dentist" because Dr. Jen is what everyone else has said: kind, caring and extremely good at what she does. AND.....she is funny!

Going to the dentist has always made me nervous but I was instantly put at ease with their comfortable office and warm atmosphere. Holli and Therese work quickly and explain everything they are doing as they clean your teeth. Dr. Sokolosky is easy to talk to and very thorough. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing to find a dentist.

My hygienist, Holli, was a complete delight. She explained each step, was very gentle, but thorough, and had me in and out on-time while still finding time to talk about our day. I never liked going to the dentist because I seemed to always leave there in pain. I have been to MD Smiles twice now and couldnt ask for a better dental hygienist than Holli. Both times I have left there thinking that my cleanings went very well and I wasnt as nervous as I had been with past dentists. Dr. Sokolosky also put me at ease and was very helpful.
