I have been a patient of Dr. Ritu Chitakki for over 17 years. She has provided excellent medical care to me for preventive, minor and major health issues. She is thorough, knowledgeable and has a superb bedside manor. Each office visit I come with a list of questions or health concerns. She patiently listens and addresses each issue. At the conclusion of each visit, she summarizes the visit as well as my family and medical histories. I leave feeling confident in her medical advice. I also like that I am seen at or close to my appointment time and can get a timely appointment for urgent issues. The office staff is also pleasant and professional. I have referred friends and family to Dr. Chitakki and I have heard nothing but positive feedback from them as well.

Ive been searching for a great doctor for a while and I am so glad that I came across Dr. Chitakki and her staff. I am able to call and get last minute appointments when needed, she doesnt overbook (most of the time I am the only person in the waiting room) and she doesnt leave you waiting for her in the exam rooms. She is personable, listens, and gives great explanations on what she is doing and why. Major plus that she will do blood work in her office for an additional charge (I believe $15) but it beats waiting at LabCorps.

I followed Dr. Chitakki from Laurel Lakes Primary Care to her new practice and find her to be a caring doctor and one who works with you on your health care. Doesnt pretend to have all the answers. She keeps up with the latest news and takes your concerns seriously. Dr. Chitakki cared for me during a very serious illness 5 years old and hasnt forgotten I experienced it. She cares about her patients. I also like the practices staff, who are always helpful and the practice has a good vibe going.

Dr. Chitakki recently became my primary care provider. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The office is small and comforting and the staff friendly and professional as well. It was easy to make an appointment and for a minimal charge, I was able to have my bloodwork drawn in the office ..which was a huge convenience with my busy schedule! Would highly recommend her!
