If I could give less than one star, I would. The doctors seem OK, I havent done much there besides get physicals and blood work, but for the most part the doctors I visited seemed well-informed, thoughtful, and had a good bed side manner. However, I wasnt sure which Dr. I would actually see, as you didnt always get the one for which youd make an appointment. The real issue I had with Saluja was the support staff. After my first visit I was given a prescription that was never refilled when it ran out because either no one would answer the phone when I called, or other times I was assured the prescription was refilled but when I checked with the pharmacy that was never the case. The prescription had a comparable OTC alternative, so I just started using that again. Now I have an issue with my billing being coded incorrectly, and am now getting bills and past due notices from collectors. Ive tried on several occasions to remedy this, but get passed around, given assurances, told its being worked on or that Im getting a call back, etc. The only time Ive spoken to them about it is when I actually call. Its incredibly frustrating and makes the whole process of receiving health care more burdensome and exhausting.

The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, but the support staff is subpar. Paperwork errors ended up getting me hit with a $500 bill for bloodwork. No matter when or how much you call, no one ever seems to answer the phone. And dont bother leaving a message, cause it wont be returned

The doctors and staff here are fine, but their scheduling is terrible. Ive had several appointments where I showed up on time and had to wait over an hour to be seen. My girlfriend had similar experiences. I walked out of my last appointment and dont plan to come back.
