When I called Olney Dental because of a chipped tooth they were able to schedule an appointment for me right away. I was extremely impressed with those whom I met and who worked with me. This was my first novocaine experience. It went well. As there was a significant amount of grinding down of the existing tooth Dr. Green and her assistant were very sensitive to being sure that it was not painful. I needed a second novo injection which helped greatly. Another cool thing was their offering for me to watch a video during the process. This is a great thing to provide someone "in the chair." Overall the experience was a very positive one and I highly recommend them to anyone. They installed the crown today and it fits well. They deserve the highest rating.

Very disappointed! I called the office to make an appointment to replace a bridge, I told the staff person that I no longer have dental insurance she says "ok, well see what we can do". The appointment was made, the bridge was made and I paid $629 which I was responsible for. The next thing I know Im sent to collections for $1200 because my dental insurance wouldnt pay on the claim. I told the office I no longer had dental insurance. None of this makes any sense to me...now my credit is ruined because of this. So unfair! I would never recommend anyone to go to Olney Dental. Take yourself to a dental office where the staff pays attention to their patients! Because obviously this dental office does not. Dr. Kim should be ashamed! Very, very disappointed!

This was my first visit to the Olney Dental Group. I went in for a checkup and cleaning and couldnt have been more pleased. They are professional and really do take care of you. I was greeted with a smile when I entered the office and in the chair I felt "at ease". The exam was thorough and the cleaning couldnt have been better. Dr Lena Bajwa was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She definitely gave me the impression of a caring dentist. She answered my questions and kept me informed of what she was doing and what she had found during the examination. I look forward to my continued visits. My only regret is that I hadnt come to the Olney Dental Group sooner. They do put "care" into Dentistry.

I am a new patient at Olney Dental Group since I switched from my old dental group. Everyone is so friendly, kind and happy at this office. That has to come from the top and Dr. Kim is exactly the same way. She is very gentle, asks me if Im ok with what she wants/has to do before she begins, is very informative, and overall has an excellent bedside-manner. The staff are very helpful and show concern for you comfort. Dr. Kims assistant, Jo, is very energetic and makes me feel like Ive been coming to the practice for years. Shes thorough and careful and answers all my questions easily and willingly. Im so glad I switched; which I had done so sooner!

I have been a patient at Olney Dental for many many years and have had nothing but the best experience! Its an hour drive from where I live but I am more than happy to make the drive because the service here is outstanding. The doctors/hygienists here are very knowledgeable, gentle and super nice. No one looks forward to seeing the dentist but Olney Dental makes it as painless as possible. Becky and Colleen are fantastic hygienists that make cleanings a breeze. Dr. Kims work is absolutely superb. I cant say enough nice things about this office and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Olney Dental!!!!

I cant say enough about how great my experience was at Olney Dental Group. From the time I walked into the office, I was impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of the office. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and the hygienist(Becky) is a rock star! I was referred to this office to see Dr. Kim by someone who has been her patient for a really long time. I have been to a lot of dental offices but never one that impressed me as much as the folks here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Olney Dental Group is Amazing. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by office staff, to the amazing dental hygienist that clean your teeth(Becky & Colleen). They explain everything there doing and take great care of you. We also take our young boys there & they love it and our not afraid, all do to the comfort they feel from the staff. Dr. Kim, Bajwa & Green are awesome if you need that extra little touch getting a cavity filled, so I try to avoid them...LOL!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about Olney Dental Group! I actually look forward to going to the dentist! The reception desk staff are very pleasant and courteous. Ive primarily seen Dr. Kim and Becky for my dental exams. They take excellent care of my teeth and are two of the kindest people Ive ever met. They genuinely care about their patients. I am moving out of state and will miss seeing them. I wish I could take them with me!

Everyone from the front office to the back end is friendly, thorough and professional. I do not like going to the dentist, I never have, but I look forward to seeing this crew every six months, for 20 years now. They always make sure Im as comfortable as I can possibly be, sensitive to my pain level and give me breaks when needed. They make going to the dentist a positive experience!
