BEST EXPIRIANCE EVER! I am one of those thats TERRIFIED by the dentist (horrible childhood experience). I been to a couple and just stopped going in all. It got to the point that I couldnt eat nothing because of the pain. My experience with everyone was great! They all had great customer serviced and actually wanted to help me.Everyone helped to ease the tense and after 2 months my teeth are great! They would let me hear music and I would seriously be zoned out singing "trying". They had to do 1 root cannel, 2 crowns, and about 10 cavities (shame shame). Yes im not going to lie the prices were DAMMMMMM but seriously it was worth it. I mean you get what you pay. The good thing they actually help you by giving you options that can help in payments. When I left the doctors I went to McDonalds got a large cup of cold water with ice and sat in my car almost crying. I havent been able to drink anything cold or eat certain foods without any pain in a couple months, just because I was scared and didnt have the money for it. I waited about a month to put a review to make sure it was real. So far no pain :D I highly recommend anyone who needs to go to the dentist goes as soon as possible or just get checked before it gets worse and the bill becomes higher. Thank you Dental Care of Springfield :)

Fairly disappointed with my visit. I went there for a cleaning, and they posted a picture of my right lower molar, showing that it was fairly well ground down, and convinced me to get a crown. I got it in place today, and instead of showing the results of their work, I wasnt shown anything (like a barber without mirrors). Upon examining it at home, I see a serious color mismatch--it is much brighter than my other teeth. Worse, though, they just reproduced my ground down molar without improving the shape of the tooth. It is now as flat as a skating rink, and actually has a worse shape than the tooth I originally had, and the bite is slightly mismatched. I was under the impression that all the costs were taken care of on my first visit (over $800 and with good dental insurance), but I come home today to find another bill for $72.30, and expect more for the visit today. (For comparison, my daughter, on the same insurance as me, but going to a different dentist, just got her wisdom teeth out with anesthesia for under $400.) I would have been better off in time, money, and results to have my tooth in its original form.

I really enjoyed my care with Dental Care of Springfield. My dentist was very professional and knowledgeable. The dental technicians we were kind but thorough. I needed Invisalign and my dentist did a great job of describing the procedure and walking me through the process. I had to move 6 months into my 9-month treatment and the office was very helpful in transitioning my Invisalign to another office in another state. I will miss these guys! *Update to previous review:* It is now 8 months after I transitioned my Invisalign to another office in another state and I have yet to receive my pro-rated refund from Dental Care of Springfield. I have spent multiple hours on the telephone with multiple billing reps and managers. Every time I am told I will receive the refund in 3-4 weeks and it never arrives. Yesterday, I called and the representative told me he didnt even see any notes about this issue in my file. Im now filing a complaint with the BBB.

Please please please DO NOT GO here!! They are rip off. Their services sucks. They charged me extra multiple times for work they didnt do. They dont care about patients well being or their quality of their services. They just care about what products/work they need to sell. I was their patient for a year. Every time I went there they were asking me to do this and that, so they can charge my Insuresnce. Now I dont visit them anymore. I have been asking my X-rays for the past 3 weeks. every time I called them, they say we will send you, but never got it up to today! They will waste your money and they will ruin your teeth.

Stay away from this place. Before I got my cleaning done, I asked them multiple times if it’s covered 100% by my insurance and if I will be paying anything out of pocket. They said it’s covered and I won’t be paying anything out of pocket at all. After I got my cleaning done and left the office, they told me I had to pay $50 out of pocket. All she said was “Sorry, I forgot to tell you” and I was stuck with a $50 bill. The front desk lady, Christine set me up. RUN.. RUN AWAY FROM THEM. Do not trust them

Before coming to this office, I literally hated going to the dentist. My experiences in the past were horrible. My first visit with them exceeded my expectations. The dentist is very thorough with explaining the various processes. The staff is exceptionally helpful, caring, nice and concern. The best part of all, they are extremely affordable. Their prices are almost half that rates Ive been quoted in the past for the same procedures. There is no other place I would go. I recommend them hands down!

Dr. Patankar is very professional and, separately, I would give him 5 stars. The practice in general is more of a 3 mostly because of the front desk staff who do not bill the insurance for weeks and even months. Im also dissatisfied with the work of some assistants, though Im happy with the one I get to work with the most (Alan). If this practice hired more experienced assistants and took care of the financial questions promptly, I would recommend it to others.

Have been a patient for a couple of years now, and starting Invisalign. Alaa and Dr. Patankar have both been great, going over what to expect, and really making sure that everything is right before we proceed. Also, they were very helpful in getting me set up with Care Credit, to spread the payments for the procedure out over 12 months, which was a life-saver, even though I have insurance. Highly recommended.

Please save yourself a headache! Unless you have something in writing, dont expect that any treatment plan you may have with them will be covered by your insurance. They will tell you it is to get you in the door. Still dealing with outstanding balance with them for a regular cleaning service since Jan 2015. Their billing department dont even return your call but good at sending bills every month.

Used to be very good practice when doctor Baker was working in this Location right after She left the practice things stat going downhill , the front desk don,t know what they are doing. Every time we go there they either overcharge you , they try to oversell something , all they think about is making as much money as they can from thrir patients. Anyway beware if you go there.

I do not like going to the dentist. I have been to many in my 65 years and Dental Care of Springfield has been my best dental experience ever! Not only is the quality great but the gentle treatment is something that ranks them above all others. Dr. Geggi , Alaa, team make sure the experience is as comfortable as possible. They are just so thoughtful of the patients needs.
