Im still shocked as to what I experienced at this practice. Where do I even begin, this whole place was just unorganized. I came in for a special they were offering for a dental clean up, x-rays, and other stuff. When I arrived i didnt get to see the dentist until 40 mins into my appointment and once i did it was for 5 mins and then she left. Her assistant came in with pricing for a treatment the dentist suggested because apparently a routine dental cleaning was going to be to "painful". Ive already had a deep cleaning March of this year, so I wouldnt pay over 1000 dollars for another when I got mine for a way cheaper price and done in one day. I was in there for over an hour and all I got was x-rays and a polish. Not a cleaning but a polish. Not to mention it took them over an hour before they started the Polish which took 7 mins. This place was just horrible. I like how they accept walk in appointments but I had made this appointment a week in advanced. The staff all spoke to me in spanish... ? I can speak Spanish but speaking to me about dental procedures in Spanish assuming I understand it, was very rude. The dentist leaving without saying anything was rude. She literally took off in the middle of a conversation I had with her assistant and didnt come back at all. I legitimately only saw the dentist once. She kept running back and forth to other patients but I was ignored. She had 8 rooms that werent completely sealed off but had a wall in between separating all rooms. My FULL name was said 3/4 times which by the way is a HIPPA violation. As I waited in the chair for over the hour and something I was in there I collected my things and started to leave. I asked to reschedule and thats when the assistants started shuffling and someone came in to sit me back down and did my polish in less than 10 minutes... what the heck??.. they charge you up front. They make you wait in the back for more than an hour. But they dont want you to leave. This place is a joke.

I got appointment for routine dental cleaning & to be seen by the real dentist in the office. I went in there and filled out a check list of diseases, procedures and allergies. I gave it back to the receptionist (btw courteous and pretty lady). When its my turn, I was called by the dental assistant (skinny woman with East European accent). She took 2 X-Rays..one full mouth x-ray & another Skull x-ray. Mind you that I didnt have any jaw pain or head injury...I asked her not to x-ray my skull. She said it is a must. After that, she brushed my teeth and transfer me to the so called dentist for evaluation and cleaning. I was expecting the female dentist which has a good review. I was greeted by a male dentist(Pakistan/Indian) and took me to his office for dental cleaning and evaluation. To be honest, I felt like he didnt clean it properly. He was not answering my list of questions. He was even in a hurry to call the day. He was telling his assistant that I was his last patient for the day. When he said you are done, I feel like he didnt clean my teeth properly and I felt my electric brush did better than him. I am not saying he is not qualified doctor; I am just writing my experience as compared to my other dental office visits elsewhere. In general, this is the place I would go last & dont recommend as to my experience.

My family and I have been patients at Landmark for about 2 years now and our experience has been PHENOMENAL! Dr. Tran and the staff are great with children! Like most children, my two get a little uneasy about going to the dentist. The staff is always very friendly, I really love that they take the time to explain to the younger patients what they plan to do in a way that they can understand. That doesnt always happen - Prior to moving to this area, the dentist they would visit had very little dialogue with them. The entire staff is very courteous and attentive to patient concerns and needs. Im extremely pleased with the dental work that Dr. Tran did. Because I work 9 - 5 during the week, I love the fact that the office is open on Saturdays which is very convenient! Id definitely recommend Landmark Dental for anyone looking for a dentist in the DMV area!

Went in for teeth straightening. Dentist asked if I ever had braces, said yes in my teens she then asked if I was given a retainer. I said yes. She asked what happened an I responded that I am 68 years old what did she think happened. Had promo to save 500.00 dollars could they could not give me earlier appt. Last day of promo if I did say yes that day it would not be honored. Left dis-satisfied. Received call from office today. WHAT LIES!!! I did not say anything about previous doctor and female at front desk... I asked about promo and she said I would have to decided then.Told her I was going ti check other doctors I asked if promo expired same day she said "yes". SHE NEVER OFFERED AN EXTENSION OF THE PROMO. THE FACT THAT IT IS OVER 45 YEARS SINCE I HAD BRACES AND THE DR. ASK WHAT HAPPENED WITH RETAINER. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!! Do not recomend.

QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT DENTIST OFFICE!! This is by far the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. The office is extremely clean and organized. The front desk manager/staff is always friendly and very professional. (they even have appointment reminder texts!) Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist. Her touch is always gentle and she is kind, and you can tell she really cares and loves what she does! I had a lot of bad dentists in the past and was so surprised when I came here because of the professionalism ,the quality of care, and the compassion they exude. If you have any dental work I definitely recommend this office, it will change your attitude about having dental work done!!!

My family and I have been going to Dr Tran since she open her Landmark dental office. We have had great service each time we go between her and her staff. The family even followed her to Woodbridge when she open the office there. Dr Tran sold that office. We were in a panic until we found out she still had the office at Landmark. My husband and boys will only go to her. I have recommended Landmark Dentistry to all my friends and coworkers when they have asked if I know any dentist in the area. Thank you for making a dentist visit worry free for each of us. Double thank you for the patience and time you take with each one of us.

This company should be called Landmark shady dental and Clerical errors. Their staff is completely incompetent and refuses to accept it. They are incapable of performing the most basic task that any company needs in order for it to run. "How much does it cost?" Dont ask them because they dont have the slightest idea. Every time I went to them I was told that I paid for the procedure but sure enough several months later I would receive a bill in the mail with no explanation saying that I still owed money. Not just some but hundreds. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you want to be stuck paying 1000s months later.
