My dentist visit today was the ultimate joy of my month !!! The month of June just started and I know that none of my experiences and activities this month will compare. Dr Kim is superb in his skill and knowledge, excellent in how interacts with his patients and he is a tireless professional, dedicated to the well-being of those who go to him for treatment. He has great staff members who work efficiently and effectively and provide tremendous support to Dr Kim and his patients. The daily result is a dentist office that provides unparalleled, high quality, uniquely personalized, comfortable, efficient service to each and every new and regular visitor. Amazing!!!! No matter how busy he is, no matter how minor the reason for my visit, Dr. Kim ALWAYS takes a moment to chat with me and do an examination!!! He does this for all of his visitors! He genuinely cares!!! Believe it!! Dr Kims office is a warm and welcoming space to visit and an awesome sight to behold! Sergio is fantastic!! Michael is wonderful!! You will not find a better way to improve your dental health!!! p

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for three years now. I even used to work at a different dentist office for two years as a receptionist. I was hesitant to come to Dr. Kims rather than drive extra 20 minutes and go to my previous dental office. Well, I went to Dr. Kim to try him out so that I can save a 20 minute drive. Working at a dental office before, I had high expectations, but Dr. Kim exceeded all of my expectations. Just recently I visited Dr. Kim to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed. After taking X-Ray, it turned out that I had extra wisdom teeths. There were even some that were not grown out yet. Dr. Kim was able to find them all and extract them. I was suprised because they were barely even visible on the x-ray but he took the extra 30 minutes to make sure that he gets them all out. I felt bad for the next patient, but it goes to show how much he cares for the well being of the patients. I highly recommend this place. As the other reviews said, this place looks a like 5 star hotel.

This was my first visit. The dentistry equipment is high teach IMHO to match the very modern decor. Friendly front desk staff. They offered me water or coffee. I went for a cleaning and routine check up. I havent been to a dentist in 4 years. I have anxiety over the dentist. The dental hygienists who cleaned my teeth (l forgot her name) was through and took her time. So, if l could stay calm. She is a great hygientist. She keep checking in with me to see if l was ok, asking if l had pain or anxiety. I also got x-rays done. They take x-rays to have a base for future visits. The dentist is a nice man with good "bedside manners". He asked questions about my dental health and answered all the questions l had. He was not rough when he examed my teeth. Always asked if l was doing ok. I have 3 fillings that need to be repaired. I will be going back next week. I would recommend this dentist to others. I have Dental Dental and this office files the claims.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! They are so unprofessional! I went there thinking i found the perfect dental place, until i received a call regarding a mistake THEY made! I was provided with a price for my mouth guard, i paid for it and got it done. Two weeks later i get a call that they didnt do their job and didnt double check with my insurance and now expect me to pay. They said they will give me a discount, but even with that why do i need to pay for someone elses mistake!?!! I paid what i was told, and just like every other dental place, you pay upfront because they already checked and made sure what is covered and what is not. Now i am stressed out and going to a lawyer in the am for consultation. They had a nerve to offer me to get a CareCredit card to pay for it if i dont have the money. This is ridiculous! I have never in my life had to deal with something like this. On top of stress i have to miss time from work to go deal with this!!! Again do not go there!!!!!

My first appointment with Dr. Kim was for the regular cleaning. At the end of the cleaning he told me there is a small crack on my teeth and needed to be filled. On the second visit, he checked my teeth and told me that there were eighteen locations to be filled. And within twenty minutes he finished eight of them. Dr. Kim was the third dentist I visited in the last eight months. Other two dentists did not find anything wrong, but he found so many problems. I really do not kwon whether these fillings are necessary. There was very little communication in the process. He did not explain my problem, and make no suggestion for me to care my teeth. Also, the work is not so great. After filling, the surface of the teeth is not no more smooth, which makes my very uncomfortable.

I was hopeful that this dentist would be awesome but it was everything but awesome. I went for a routine cleaning and Dr. Kim zapped my tongue with the drill gun because he was being impatient while cleaning my teeth. When I brought it up to him he act like nothing happen and denied doing so. He then later came to the conclusion that I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled and pulled 3 out of 4 because he said itll be too much work to pull the 4th. Not to mention how it was done left tender spots in my cheek area that I can still feel from time to time (from all of the shots from the needle he poked me with for the numbing). Overall, nothing about my experience going to their dentist practice was amazing. Im definitely not going back there ever again.

The office is really nice. Very modern, very clean. Dr. Kim seems relatively competent. He does occasionally seem to be acting like a salesman (a common trait to most dentists nowadays), and sometimes he seems very soft spoken (so much so that hes hard to understand). All-in-all though Id guess hes a fairly good dentist (not that Im an expert). I think my biggest con for this place is the support staff they currently have. For some reason the various receptionists/hygienists all seem to be college age girls, whose level of competence leaves one wanting. It often takes them in excessive of 10-15 minutes to figure out how to bill me or sort out other random bureaucracy.

I no longer dread going to the dentist. Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing! Everyone who works there, from the front desk, to the assistant and Dr. Kim are all very personable and kind. They’ve made my experiences as pleasant as possible. I’ve had my teeth cleaned and four impacted wisdom teeth extracted. I think Dr. Kim did an excellent job with extracting my wisdoms because my chipmunk face only lasted about 3 days. Dr. Kim is very soft spoken and he doesn’t pressure you into getting extra unnecessary work done. He simply says “We’ll keep an eye on it for now”. Other than the superb service, I also love their clean and modern office.
