This review may seem harsh, but Ive honestly never been so compelled to write one before. I went here because it was close and my health insurance approved it - NEVER AGAIN. The front office staff was polite, but they were unable to answer my billing questions. The dental staff was hostile and rude, and they numbed the wrong areas. I was literally crying from pain as they worked on me - the last time I cried during a medical procedure was when I was five years old and they set my broken arm. When I tried to protest or explain I was ignored. The office was at least 80 degrees and I was covered in sweat and couldnt breath because they kept sticking this gauze over my mouth and nose to "catch drool." It just covered my airways and made me feel like I was having an asthma attack. They took photos without my permission, and when I objected I was told it was part of the new patient procedure. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I regret being in so much pain and just wanted to get out of there and not standing up to them more, but Im going back for my records. I set an appointment with my old dentist in NY and Im taking time off of work to go to him because Ill be damned if I have to endure another experience like this one.

I have been going to see Dr. Babiec and his staff now and have been very happy with the services. I have referred co workers and friends to see Dr. Babiec as well. The office is extremely nice and busy at the same time. I came from a previous dentist who completely set me up for disaster with dental work and i was in lots of pain. Dr. Babiec has helped me and I look forward to my visits.

Worst place ever.. My crown came off within a few mths and dr would not put it back. Also took me to court saying I owed them $200, but none of the associates could tell me where the extra charge was coming from....
