If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would! The entire staff is fantastic. Ever since my first visit each staff member knew who I was without looking at my chart. They remembered details about prior conversations that we had during prior visits. This may seem like it wouldnt matter but I appreciate the attentiveness of every staff member in that office. The personal conversations really make for a pleasant visit each and every time I walk in the door. I feel like they truly care about my wellbeing and go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with my care. The lady at the front desk, Laurel, greets everyone with a kind smile and cheerful demeanor. She is prompt with getting patients in to see the doctor. She ensures that each patient is seen at their appointment time and in the actual order of their respective appointments. Dr. Kane is professional and friendly. He explains your course of treatment and lets his patients give their input on their treatment plan. He is happy to answer any and all questions. I always feel as if he is willing to spend whatever time is needed to complete my care and answer my questions. I never feel rushed out of the office so he can get to his next patient. Kyle and Andreas in the physical therapy section are absolutely fantastic! Again, they are both friendly and are more than happy to give each patient their undivided attention to explain the different treatment and therapy options. They have also provided me with recommendations on my personal physical training sessions to prevent injury and aid in my recovery. Upon completion of each appointment the patient checks out at the front desk with Laurel. Somehow she knows without looking at the patients chart when their next appointment is scheduled for. She verifies the next appointment date and time which has been a great reminder for me. Have I mentioned that you have the option to receive text message appointment reminders? In todays day and age I find this type of reminder not only helpful but not bothersome. I dont have to deal with a phone call appointment reminder-which I totally despise. Southern Maryland Chiropractics also deals with the Veterans Affairs office on my behalf to ensure my referral and all claims are taken care of. I cant being to explain how this fact alone has made me their patient for life. All in all, I cannot express in a simple review how fantastic this entire office is. To say that I highly recommend it would be the understatement of the year.

Dr. Kane and his amazing team are the best!!!!!! I came here a year ago with swollen ankles and a bad back. Since coming here, not only have they taken my pain away but my body is now back to its normal shape and I gained great friends in the process! I feel at home whenever I visit! His receptionist, Laurel, is always sooo pleasant and warm every time I call or come by to schedule an appointment!!! His chiropractic assistants (Kyle and Andrés) are always full of smiles and offering any advice they can to ensure that we all stay healthy and happy!! I wouldnt go anywhere else and for anyone who says different about this fantastic group of people, its YOU that has the problem...its certainly not my folks at Southern Maryland Chriopratic!! Keep doing what you doing guys!! Know that I appreciate all that you have done for me!! Thanks for giving my life back!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!! You are all AWESOME!!!!!

I was sceptical before going to Dr Kane. I didnt think chiropractic care was a "real" way to deal with back pain. I was totally wrong. I went from pain that was so bad I couldnt stand or walk at times. After a thorough evaluation Dr. Kane was able to answer all of my questions and begin to treat my symptoms. After the first visit I felt different but not better, but after a couple weeks I was almost pain free. A month later I had zero issues. I still go for maintainence. Dr. Kane gradually scheduled me to come less often as my symptoms disappeared. I love knowing that was not being scheduled more than needed for their financial gain. He really wants his patients to feel better. Im a believer in chiropractic now. Thanks Dr. Kane!

I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable before walking into this office. Dr.Kane and his entire staff always take the time to make sure I am satisfied as a patient every time I go into the office. I have had to reschedule last minute and also ran late to a few appointments that were the last scheduled before closing. I was reassured they would wait and I would be seen. Dr. Kane and his entire staff are knowledgeable, always smiling, and a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend Dr. Kane and this office to anyone.

Extremely professional, but more importantly, the most friendly staff you will ever find. After ignoring symptoms for 5 years, I began seeing Dr. Kane because I was experiencing pain that resulted in numbness in my arm. He was quick to diagnose the problem and immediately established a plan to correct the issue. After 4 visits I noticed a significant change. I will continue to see Dr. Kane as long as I am in southern Maryland. Because of Dr Kane I enjoy life without ongoing pain or discomfort.

I have been under the care of Dr Kane for nearly 2 decades to maintain my comfort and mobility. He and his staff are warm and professional. His adjustments were critical to my comfort in walking and sleeping during my third trimester of pregnancy, and any time I have an ache or pain, he is able to refer me to his PT team for exercises and stretches that help.
