Before going in to Synchrony my lower back/hip area was in extreme pain. It was painful to walk, sit, lie down and pretty much do anything. Ive never been to a Chiropractor before so I didnt know what to expect. I assumed that I would just get some adjustments done a few times and be good to go. The first appointment was a very eye-opening experience, revealing issues that I never even realized. Dr. Bennese was very informative and easy to talk to. He found the root of the problem(s) and created a plan specifically to fix it. The exercises, adjustments, etc. worked better and faster than I expected. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Id highly recommend Synchrony.

The are the best around. Been going to them for the past 10 years. The only way I get relief from my migraines. The whole team there is so wonderful. They are flexible. They are also a wealth of knowledge.
