Hooray for Dr. Cole and everyone else at Arlington Animal Clinic for being so helpful and patient with us and our "knucklehead" (Dr. Coles phrase for our mutt) dog. Following a nasty slice on her paw, our dog received fantastic, quick, level-headed care and when she broke her Cone of Shame after just a couple of days and then removed her own bandage (!) a few days later, they took it all in stride, replaced and repaired things and always gave us words of encouragement. And when we first got our dog last fall, the various staffers who answered the phone were patient and helpful in answering all of my crazy new dog owner questions. I would highly recommend them for dog care!

We have been taking 2 typical cats and one cat with special needs to the Arlington Animal Clinic for a few years now. The doctors are so careful with our cat who has brain damage and seizures. They asked us to keep a seizure log and record various factors for each incident. When we brought in the log, the doctor immediately saw a pattern to the seizures. With the combination of their medication and careful monitoring, we have been able to cut down significantly on seizures- in fact, our cat has not had a seizure in 6 months! (At one point, he was having them twice a week and the goal was to move it down to once a month).

after being a client of this clinic for over 13 years on December 22nd 2006 I brought my sick cat dempsey over. Dr. Shickler sent me over to another facility. things went very wrong neither Dr. Shickler and Dr. Springer were the least bit interested in what had happened to us. After 13 years and many many thousands of dollars they left me holding perverbial bag. It took 3 other outside professionals to handle this situation for me. The only ones that had any sense were Ginny and Ursula.My 4 whites and Jerry Butler Mahoney say thanks for nothing!

Dr Shickler has been wonderful with our cat. He had diabetes for a while, but got better. He ended up being euthanized, regrettably, at age 20. She was wonderful and sensitive and caring for him in his later years. She was very concerned with over treating him and causing issues through any kind of treatment. We will not consider any other vets with new cats.

Dr. Cole and staff have been wonderful in caring for my 10 year old boxer and all her health problems. If it wasnt for them and the excellent care they provide I would be lost. You can count on them for your fur babies care as they provide outstanding one on one care, they treat your babies as individuals and will go the extra mile to ensure proper care.

Our cat has been going to Arlington Animal Clinic for the past four years. Every visit, the vet (we have seen three of them) has been consistently attentive and caring, answering all of our questions and sparing time to do a thorough examination of our cat. The front desk staff are also efficient and capable.
