It was my first time taking my dog here to get her groomed. I called before for pricing before making an appt. I was told it would be about $65 and included teeth brushing and trimming of the nails. The place was hard to find and when I walked in to the place it smelt horrible. I filled in paper work they needed and a groomer came out and ask me how I wanted my dog to be cut and she asked me if I wanted this and that but never told me that it would be extra when I thought it was all included. It was my first time there and she just bombarded me with questions and didnt advise me of the extra pricing. Why wouldnt they just clip her nail for free instead of grinding it and charging me an extra $15 for it.When I picked her up she didnt smell like she was just out of the groomers. Im dissatisfied with the service they provided and when checking out, I paid almost $90 to get her groomed. It is the worst experience ever and will not be going back. I read some of the reviews and said it was affordable, definitely not affordable at all. I go to another groomer in Brookline and they only charge $65 for grooming and includes bath, teething brushing, and clipping of the nails. Why would I go somewhere else that almost cost me double. Not a great place to go!!!! Its the worst!!! If I didnt have to pick a star I wouldnt even give them one star.

I needed to find a vet for my newly adopted dog and went online to see reviews of different area vets. Bed and Biscuit Beantown veterinary clinic had the best reviews and for good reason! I am beyond happy that I chose to come here and have Dr. Amy Straut care for my sweet Emma. She was so caring and compassionate and you can tell and feel her love for animals. She made me feel so comfortable with any questions I had and made Emma comfortable, too. The Vet Tech, Andrea, was just as sweet and caring. Overall, it was a great atmosphere, great staff and is affordable. I will be happy when Emma needs to return to see them! You wont be sorry you chose Bed and Biscuit at Beantown :)

Ive used Beantown Bed & Biscuits boarding services twice now and have been very happy with Adam and Jonathans services. My dog loves going there and gets super excited when we run into Adam and his dog at the park - in fact, he often times wants to go home with them! Its clear that they love dogs - and dogs love them back. Ive also heard from others at the dog park how well my dog is taken care of while Im out of town - and I really like that they take the dogs to the park and on long walks. It is reassuring to go away on business and not have to worry about my dog. I completely trust Adam and Jonathan and highly recommend Beantown Bed & Biscuit.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Amy Straut, she is an incredible vet, and a wonderful person. Our dog had severe (and really icky) gastrointestinal issues, Dr. Straut diagnosed and put her on a special diet which has completely addressed the situation. Our dog was slowly declining, but thanks to Dr. Straut she is herself again. Frankly, I wish Dr. Straut had become a doctor for humans, she is so thorough, communicative, has a sense of humor and is highly skilled and knowledgable. The staff at Beantown are fully supportive and very reliable. I recommend Dr. Straut and her team without reservation.

We love Beantown Bed & Biscuit! We completely trust Adam and Jon with our pup, and never, ever worry about her when shes in their hands. Theyre both great to her - and to us. We get detailed notes after each walk and hear from our neighbors that our dog looks super happy on her mid-day walks with Adam and Jon. Plus, whenever we bump into Adam at the local dog park, our pup gets super excited to see her friend - an awesome sign that shes enjoying her time with Beantown Bed & Biscuit just as much as were enjoying the piece of mind of having her well looked-after. Highly recommend these guys!
