These guys used to be amazing.... I originally came to them after extreme disappointment with my previous vet (when my Labrador was but a pup) Borash Vet clinic. He was awful and the vet that welcomed me at bay State was incredible....since then I must admit, its be constant decline. the latest incidence was a call on my way home to Rhode Island (yes I travel 2 hours each way for them) I was told my pup had tested positive for a tick borne bacterial illness and further testing was NEEDED to discern her status. This was after a $500 annual appt. The cost was merely $85 so I authorized the further testing.... they never called again...with any news. Im sorry but if you scare me with talk of bacterial illness and then charge me my authorized $85 for further testing, Im in the very least entitled to a follow up "everythings fine" call.... its not that much money...but its worthy of a phone call.... you should be ashamed.

Would not recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone that cares about the well being of their pet. Brought my dog for a toe trimming, and they also cleaned his eyes and ears without me giving consent. He is now completely deaf and they are denying any claim that what they gave him had any effect on him. Dogs dont go completely deaf overnight for no reason. They charged me for it too! Do not go to this Vet Clinic even if it is closer than others.

Ive been going to this vet for years. I only see Dr Mcnamee for my pet care, but i trust his care and judgement. Hes very compassionate when I call with any questions and concerns. Highly knowledgeable and most importantly, my golden nuggets are happy and healthy. My dogs love to greet him at the door and that speaks volumes of him.i would highly recommended this vet clinic for a care you wont get anywhere else.
