I had a heart attack last week and cannot say enough about the quality and care I received. They literally saved my life and the quality, caring and speed in the ER, Cath. Lab and CCU minimized my hearts damage. I work in the medical industry, so I have experience with numerous medical centers and people and can attest that the Framingham staff is the top tier. Dr Groom in the ER made a scary and painful situation far less stressful and her speed and attention were fantastic! The Cardiologist, Dr. Gange was incredible in the Cath Lab and excellent explaining and reassuring to my wife and I. It is rare to find such technical excellence, skill and friendly demeanor in one doctor. The CCU nurses are incredable. The were busy but always had time for me, were friendly, and always trying to make me more comfortable. Even the cleaning staff we friendly and caring.

worst experience of my life! i have never been treated so poorly in my life! i went in with back spasms ended up laying in my own urine for 40 mins! they told me to try and relax someone will be in shortly! omg ru serious? im laying here in my own piss please throw me a towel.... thats all i wanted finally i couldnt take it anymore i forced myself to my feet got dressed told them all to F. OFF and left! thats the long and short of my 1 and only trip to framingham union! if have a choice between death and going there ill choose death everytime! if anyone reads tis and has a queston regarding it please feel free to contact me at fdice01@gmail,com.... thanks and have a nice day... btw i hope nobody reading this has to go there

My two year old was starting to worry me with what ended up to be a upper respiratory infection (Im a worrier) so I took him into the ER. Besides having a great doctor that helped us right away, we had this amazing nurse. My car had alerted me on my phone that I left my lights on. I asked her if she could watch my son for a few seconds so I didnt drain my battery. She was happy to do so. When I came back in, she had my son happy, smiling, and making a pillow and blanket out of paper towels for his toy Batman. That kind of service is so, so appreciated when your little one is feeling awful. I will always use them for ER issues.

On 12/3/2016 my husband rushed me to the emergency department at Framingham Union hospital, he told the triage nurse I had just been discharged less than 48 hours prior, after having had a colonoscopy, in excruciating pain, she looked at me, then back at him and told him I needed to take s seat and wait my turn because there were 10 people ahead of me. He rushed me to Newton Wellesley, where I was brought into emergency surgery for a ruptured spleen. I dont know your name, but will never forget your face. You are a disgrace to nurses everywhere!

I was in ER for a minor but frightening situation - the staff was not professional - could not tell who worked there and who didnt. The waiting area was cramped and dingy. The whole place felt run down and my immediate thought was that i did not want to be admitted. The PA that treated me was very loud - speaking so loudly I actually was wincing. The care I was given was adequate, but the confidence I had in the advice was definitely lacking. I will not willingly go back there.

Friends and family have been to this hospital ER and been admitted for surgeries. Worst services throughout the whole hospital! I Thank God that I have chosen UMass everything... Drs, hospitals, treatments, etc. The best hospitals around. I get the best service, staff, treatments, you name it. Take my advice.... UMass it is instead!

Went to emergency room for child dog bite on Labor day. Fantastic service and care. Even called in a plastic surgeon to do the needed repair to minimize scarring. Virtually no waiting Experts not students doing the work. Very impressed overall. This is my place of choice in an emergency.
