This place is terrible. Got accused of bringing my husband in drugs. One of the other paitens made an accusation so I was searched from head to toe my bag and myself.. nothing was found. They searched his room and him nothing was found. All day was crazy I had to be searched 3 more times and still nothing it was pure harassment and the staff touched me. This place is terrible and they treat people and visitors like garbage. I got trespasses until further notice because of the other paitens making assumptions and they have NO proof and nothing was found. They do NOT follow there own rules in black and white. They didnt give me a key to my locker and they touched me upon searched. I should sue

I also reviewed the Public Health Museum, inside the hospital. Google the past of this place, please. It was once a 1,000 acre self-supporting city. Men, women and children lived here. It housed hospitals, asylums, orphanages, dorms, farms... everything! The tour and tour guides were very illuminating. The Public Health Museum was great!

Called was put on a list told it be a few days 3 days later was told they didnt have the list it was shredded. The next day I was told I wasnt on the list. I went back on the list called 2 days later asked if there was an availability and wastold no and hung up on its been 2 weeks and I havent been called.

Sexual Misconduct Galore. On camera- the facility is aware but will only slap a hand if its brought to thier attention. If your significant other works there protect yourself from the stds that flourish there. Its a filthy facility. Low standards and they staff accordingly...

I visited up there. Looks like it would be a good place to shoot a horror movie. Old, dingy and creepy.
