Terrible front desk service. We brought my very anxious and bladder infected cat all the way from Framingham, we were 10 minutes late and once we got there our appointment was already given to another customer. Never bring or trust your animals with these people they are rude, expensive, and over diagnose for more money. These people will screw you over waste your time and ruin your day. Do not waste your money and time.

The doctors and staff at Wayland Animal Clinic are the best Ive found. They are the most compassionate people during difficult times for both the owner and the pet. They offer full service (I dont have to go elswhere for tests, etc.).
