These guys refused to write my cat a prescription for a tapeworm dewormer unless I shelled out $65 for a full physical and shots first, because it was a couple weeks after the yearly checkup was due (hes been there before). I explained I did not have that much at this time as I am on a fixed income, and asked if there was any way they could help, and they shrugged it off like oh well its not their problem. The going excuse is that they need to make sure hes healthy enough to handle the meds, but that pales in comparison to how unhealthy hes going to get if he has tapeworms for months until I can afford the checkup. So basically its screw your cats health unless they can massively profit from it. Good thing this wasnt a real emergency or hed be a goner. Ill find another vet, and you should too.

This is by far the best bet I have ever been to, they go above and beyond to make sure that all of your questions are answered and your animals are comfortable and happy. My animals seem to be very accident prone but they always make room for me to bring them in the same day. The staff is very well informed and through and they always try to save you as much money as possible and prices are fair. I cant say enough about how amazing this place is and I highly recommend them.

Love this vet they are always knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Sometimes they go a little overboard with the products but only because they want your pet to get well. They always did well with my rescue shepherd who was quite hostile during exams and just called him cranky. They are definitely a good vet to bring german shepherds too. It is hard to find one that is good at handling shepherd breeds.

I love the Animal Hospital of Webster! Dr. Dermano and Dr. Quisenberry are a credit to their profession April, Lisa, Tammy, Jim, Tanya and the rest of the staff (who I dont know their names) are amazing. The staff work as a team to provide the best and most compassionate care to all of out pets! They have treated each of our pets as if they were their own!! I highly recommend this office!

Our new family member, "Slick" , is a rescued rat terrier who came to us, unbeknownst, with a seizure disorder which is being well-controlled and monitored now with the help of Dr. Quisenberry. When getting a new pet there is always an adjustment and everyone at this hospital has been so compassionate and supportive. They are a great resource! So grateful.

They were so great with our pit bull! No muzzle and he kept licking the tech, shots and all! So so glad I switched! Loved the vet and all the employees and prices are SO much more reasonable ans they didnt treat us like we had the plague!!! He was so good he got DQ onthe way home for a treat! LOL

The Dr.is just great. Wish we could not repeat things that havent worked and move into the next but I really love the way they are with my dog..Usually needs a muzzle but has a hard time to breathe do this office just held him nicely with thick gloves while talking to him very nice
